Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style. It has high ceilings with wooden beams, an open-concept layout, a loft with an open kitchen, and a bedroom in the mezzanine with a low ceiling and a steep staircase. Its style has a lot of character but at the same time has all the modern comforts, for a wonderful vacation. Features a Balinese bed, a private pool, air conditioning, and heating. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
