Well maintained 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Bathroom has double sinks with shower/jacuzzi tub with jets. Smart tv in the living room with comfy seats. Enhanced cleaning. All appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, coffee and tea. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Full length covered front porch, large back deck with a private back yard. Plenty of parking with car port. The home is 7 minutes drive to LU- all highway with easy access to 501 and 460 and downtown Lynchburg.

Charming spacious 3 bed 1 bath house right off of route 29. A short drive to Liberty University and downtown Lynchburg. Large kitchen with all needed appliances. Open floor plan with a table also bar height seating. Cozy living room right off of the kitchen with a gas fireplace and TV. The master bedroom has an electric fireplace and vanity. One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.
