Thank you very much to Yvan for his hospitality and the quality of his accommodation. We had a wonderful Easter weekend stay at her home. We highly recommend this place, which is very well located (close to the beach and restaurants).

I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

The house has everything you need for a carefree holiday: equipped kitchen, rooms ok and an ideal outdoor space to eat outdoors or enjoy the sunset. A special thank you to Lorenzo and Lucia, who have helped me with everything: always kind, they helped me with the address, present when needed and ready to recommend authentic places to discover. It is the right place to disconnect, breathe in the sea and experience the real Salento.

My husband, my husband, and my daughters stayed at Giuseppe's property for about ten days! The house is wonderful, clean, adequate spaces, great sea view, full of very nice and beautiful objects!!! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and equipped with every tool (e.g. hairdryer, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc.)! The rooms are also very clean and with soft sheets!! The terrace is wonderful! Spacious, sea view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, water access and linen rack! Highly recommended

We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

It was amazing to visit Vincenzo’s flat! They are supernice, and the atmosphere was sooo good! They made dinner courses(it needs to pay), and highly reccomend to experience! It’s better than other ristorante ever! I hope to visit here again :)

The house is fantastically located by the sea. It is a maximum of 100m to a small, simple sandy beach. The large Torre Lapillo beach is a short walk away. On the way, a local fisherman who sells fresh fish. Sea and beaches absolutely top - walking distance or another kilometer-long stalls in 5-15 minutes by car for variety! The house is well equipped, very clean and maintained. Large kitchen-living room with everything you need, incl. Oven, washing machine, etc... Very pleasant is the courtyard, which offers a cozy, wind-protected place to eat /in the evening. You will find a BBQ, an outdoor shower, enough chairs and umbrellas, also for the beach. Highlighted is the great roof terrace with sea view ! Restaurants are extensive. Francesco was always available with great tips and suggestions. Thank you very much Franco for your beautiful house and your very friendly service, we greatly appreciated it! We will be back!

The apartment was exactly what we expected. The host was very responsive and very helpful. The dinner recommendations were great. Easy walk to town or to the beach cove. Great private off street parking.

Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery and just steps from the beach, in a gated and guarded village, enjoys excellent outdoor spaces equipped and available all year round. We stayed for the Easter holidays and the bridge with April 25 and we also found the location great to visit Taranto, Alberobello, Matera, Metaponto. We will definitely be back also because the host Nicola is very helpful and made us find the villa really stocked with everything: from coffee to charcoal to the outdoor barbecue. You couldn't ask for more for a family of 4 with little girls in tow.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the fact that we could walk straight out of the villa and swim in the coves. There is an amazing beach bar (sometimes live music) opposite the house and within a short walk there are other restaurants and a mini market. Along the promenade there are lots of other eateries. We really couldn’t believe our luck! The Majah, north up the coastline was a great experience. There are no menus though, just local food cooked by a husband and wife team. Expensive but worth it! Also La Bracarie Beach, for when you have overdone the fish and fancy some bbq meat options, was amazing. You choose what you want from the butcher’s counter and they cook it for you! There really wasn’t enough time to explore all that the local area had to offer but we stumbled across some great beaches, took a boat trip and visited lots of amazing places. A book of “places to visit” would be a great asset to the property, so that other people could “enjoy” We had a great stay!

Sergio's house is extremely nice, in a beautiful place. with a wonderful view. Paolo, which was our contact, is super helpful, made us very comfortable and gave us all the information we needed.

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

I stayed in this beautiful home for the Christmas holidays with my family. Large and very welcoming rooms, the house is furnished with style and elegance, nothing was missing in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained. Mrs. Lorella is a fantastic person who welcomed us warmly and pampered us in the true sense of the word by providing us with Christmas decorations, a welcome basket, bringing us delicious hot pastries the morning after our arrival and on Christmas morning typical sweets made by her, the purcedduzzi. I sincerely thank Mrs. Lorella and her husband for everything!

We spent a week in this small house ideally located 50m from the beach and with a rooftop terrace with magnificent sea views = TOP Small downside on the bathroom because the shower is small, we got out but it can be complicated for other people. Woke up in the morning by the work of the neighbors but Michele is not responsible for it. Finally on a positive note, the direct neighbors are extremely friendly and the homemade limoncello was delicious 🤤

the house as described is just a few meters from the beaches and the free beach in a week I never needed to take the car to get around .Paola was extremely helpful as I asked for a sufficiently morning checkout so I didn't come across traffic. Highly recommended

Sabrina and her family are available and very welcoming, it feels like staying at "home", the apartment and its spaces are perfect , (there were 4 of us) it also has a garage with parking space. Great location 1 minute to the rocky beach where you can snorkel or a 7-minute walk to the sandy beach where there is a beautiful sea. The beach is equipped with all the necessary services, for the most demanding, just 15 minutes by car there is Gallipoli where you can find anything. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended

The location is very central and close to the best known places and finally Mrs. Laura was extremely available for any need, also giving us the opportunity to check in at the most convenient times for us. The villa is equipped with all the comforts. Perfect for two families. Well-organized and well-maintained spaces. Beautiful and large pine forest garden. Very appreciated proximity to the beach, an ideal solution for families with small children. Proximity to the village 15 minutes on foot. Roberto is a very helpful and kind host, perfect and fast communication.

We were in the house for 2 weeks at the beginning of September for a beach vacation and we enjoyed it very much. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and the shops for everyday needs are also within walking distance. The house and also the outdoor area are lovingly designed and you can feel very comfortable. The enclosed parking at the house is also an advantage. After the beach we went to the outdoor shower, just heavenly ! Miriana and Piero are very dear hosts, if any issues arise, they help immediately. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back !!!!

The house perfectly matches the description and images, it is spacious, functional and welcoming. It is literally 2 minutes from the beach and a crystal clear sea. The cleanliness on our arrival was impeccable. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was very precise and helpful.
