Townhome vacation rentals in Can Picafort

We had a fantastic time as a family with a toddler at Maria's house. It is exactly as described, and on top of that, incredibly clean. We got in so easily, and Maria even allowed us to check out later. And there are three great seating options outside: in front of the house where we enjoyed a lovely breeze and sunshine, in the back, right next to the kitchen, sheltered, or up on the balcony with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. The house was great, we especially liked the outdoor kitchen and pool area and BBQ. The owners were great and it was a joy to stay. We would stay there again.

We werden bij aankomst hartelijk verwelkomd op Fabio's mooie erf door Fabio zelf. Prachtig aanblik van het appartement met rondom veel fruitbomen waar we volop van mochten plukken. Eieren gekregen, sinaasappels, grapefruits en citroenen. De kers op de taart was wel dat hij speciaal voor onze jarige zoon vlaggetjes en ballonnen had gekocht, zodat we het zwembad (privé zwembad. Wordt uit de omschrijving niet zo duidelijk, maar is echt voor de huurders van het appartement) konden versieren. Ook mochten we zijn Bluetooth speaker lenen voor de muzikale opluistering van het feestje. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en voelden ons erg thuis bij hem op het terrein. Supermarkt is op loopafstand (2 min lopen). Boulevard ongeveer kwartiertje lopen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in het N-W en N-O v/h eiland. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Lovely place with gorgeous views. Some good local restaurants and was a great base for exploring the island. Hosts were great and very accommodating. Loved our stay in this beautiful place. Thank you

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en casa de Gerd y Angelika. La casa era tal cual aparece en las fotos, en una calle tranquila en el centro. Me sorprendió encontrarnos con tantas cosas de primera necesidad en la cocina, agua, sal, aceite, café... y unas cervezas bien fresquitas. Recomiendo la casa 100% y espero volver

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus auf Mallorca! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über drei verschiedene Terrassen – auf den oberen Terrassen genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Besonders morgens beim ersten Kaffee war diese Aussicht einfach herrlich. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer sowie ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Besonders praktisch: eines der Badezimmer ist direkt an das Hauptschlafzimmer angeschlossen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gewählt, und die Couch im Wohnzimmer lädt zum Entspannen ein – super gemütlich! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

She was an incredibly nice host! Due to weather there was a possibility of us having our flight delayed or cancelled and with a young family this was a cause for concern but Margarita allayed our fears with her flexibility on check out and even offered for us to stay longer if required! Very nice lady indeed!

My family sometimes has very different needs and this house met them all. It's big enough for everyone to have their own privacy, but it's still possible to sit together comfortably. You can choose between a sunny or shady spot at any time of day. The kitchen equipment is excellent. The rooms are lovely furnished, you immediately feel at home. The garage and the repair facilities for the bicycles were really helpful. A big plus point is the existing and working heating. Mallorca can be quite chilly sometimes at Easter. This house was warm and cozy. The internet is top. Thanks to Joana's previous advice, we visited good restaurants and always had an excellent meal. The supermarkets are close by, the sea is only a few steps away and you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony. As mentioned in other reviews the house next door is being renovated. This is no problem, because it was neither noisy nor dusty. Conclusion: We will come back if we are allowed to. Thank you Joana!

We couldn’t fault the place We were there for the 312 cycling event and this apartment was the perfect base for it. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable. Lined included It’s quiet at night and has a nice pool area overlooking a lake We would definitely book again

This home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! We stayed 8 nights with our 3 grown children. The rooms were perfect for our family. There are multiple levels, so it is important to feel comfortable with stairs (this was not an issue for us). The AC worked very well. One bedroom that has a single twin bed does not have an AC, but the fan was sufficient in that room. We loved having access to swim in the ocean right off of our property! One of the showers is small (good for smaller people). The other shower was a good size. Portocolom is an easy walk with a few nice restaurants. We had a car so we drove to many local towns & beaches. There is a good supermarket (Eroski) in Portocolom, less than 5min drive. Sunset from the upper balcony was magnificent! We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful home!!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem wunderschönen Häuschen von Silvia und waren so begeistert, dass wir direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben.

Piękne miejsce i okolica, bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz polecam 100%, jedyne minusy to zimna woda w Jacuzzi oraz duża ilość komarów i much, super wypoczynek na pewno wrócimy !

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

Très jolie maison atypique, spacieuse et très bien équipée... idéale pour 7 personnes avec 2 salles de bain et 3 toilettes. Placée au centre de l île elle est parfaite pour les visites, on peut même se rendre en train à Palma. Les hôtes très agréables (à notre arrivée nous avions 1 "panier gourmand") et très réactifs en cas de problème. Merci pour ce séjour très réussi.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mitten in der Altstadt. Toll ausgestattet. Trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe. Der Standard ist sehr hoch und Stella hat einen sehr guten Geschmack. Alles ist neu und gut in Schuss. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft viele kleine Shops und gute Gastronomie. Der Wochenmarkt ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes vor der Haustür. Es empfiehlt sich, abends einen guten Rotwein vor dem schlafengehen zu trinken, da die Kirche direkt nebenan ist und leider auch nachts die Uhrzeit läutet. 😂 Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Stella hat wohl noch weitere, tolle Unterkünfte auf der Insel, die wir sicher auch noch einmal besuchen werden.

Jolie petite maison mitoyenne meublée avec goût et bien équipée. Le WIFI et la climatisation du salon fonctionnent bien. Petits supermarchés dans les villages voisins. La rue et le quartier sont silencieux et paisibles. La mer est à deux pas. La région est à l'écart des grandes vagues touristiques. Point de départ idéal pour l'exploration de l'île. Il faut donc une voiture. Parking très pratique derrière la maison avec porte d'entrée à l'arrière aussi. Le soir, revenu au calme de la maison, de somptueux couchers de soleil vous attendent. Ann-Charlotte a tout prévu pour les moustiques. Ils piquent tout de même ! Les chambres n'ont pas de volet. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour réduire la lumière. L'occultation reste partielle. La communication avec Ann-Charlotte est agréable, simple et efficace. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement accueillant et séduisant.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Hajo. Das Haus ist top und man kommt schnell überall hin.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen 😊 die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet auch fur einem längeren Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt im Winter und sehr froh, dass es eine Heizung abseits der sonst üblichen Klimaanlagen gab. Die Kommunikation mit Susanne war so, wie man es sich wünscht. Freundlich, klar, schnell und top organisiert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Vi havde fire dejlige dage i Katharinas hus, to voksne med to af vores børn på henholdsvis 14 og 19 år. Huset var fint, rent, veludstyret med gode terasser, ren pool og i oktober meget rolige omgivelser i vores lille område. Stranden lå i gå-afstand, 5 minutter væk, og der var velassorteret supermarked 3 min. gang fra boligen. Meget fin, venlig og hurtig kontakt med Katarina, det var lydhør og hjælpsom ved enhver henvendelse. Området med restauranter og turistbutikker måske ikke så “autentisk”, men let at færdes i. Nemt for en afslappende ferie og med gode muligheder for at besøge andre hyggelige byer, markedet i Santanyí og dejlige strande tæt på.

Comfortabel en zeer compleet huis. Ruim, licht, modern ingericht. 2 badkamers met ruime douche. Goede bedden en kussens( keuze genoeg). Keuken volledig ingericht qua apparatuur en keukenaccessoires. Alles is er!Tuin met goedzittend meubilair en gezellige hoekjes. Stevige ruime eettafel, lekkere loungebank. 2 kuip- en ligstoelen. Tuin op het park keurig onderhouden, en mooi aangelegd. 2 zwembaden op het terrein. Dakterras met uitzicht op het park. Deze periode (eind april tot begin mei) was het erg rustig, nauwelijks bewoning van andere omringende huizen. In het hoogseizoen zal dit wellicht anders zijn. Instructie v route en toegang perfect door sturen v filmpjes via de app.Superduidelijk. Communicatie met Marianella perfect. Staat direct klaar om oplossing te bieden. We hebben genoten!

We were travelling as a group of seven family and friends from the UK and Dallas mainly as two of us were racing at the new Utmb Mallorca trail running race which was taking place. Colin’s place was ideal as the house was just a few minutes walk from the main square which was where the race was starting. We loved the house and garden, stylish, comfortable, and an ideal location for shops and restaurants. The wine, milk and snacks were a very welcoming addition on our arrival even though the wine didn’t get drunk as the wine drinker in the group wasn’t drinking due to their upcoming race:-) We had a wonderful stay in Soller and enjoyed a local olive oil tour at Can Det, dining out at some fabulous restaurants in both Soller and Port de Soller, hiking is stunning in the area and pottering around in the shops was fun. Mallorca is a favourite place to visit and we always enjoy our visits to the island. Colm’s home is beautiful. We also would like to thank him for being so responsive to us
