1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home—perfect for a family getaway! Spacious enough for 8–10 people, it’s just the second house from the beach and close to the clubhouse with a pool. The private pool was a hit and looks even better than the photos. It was cleaned daily, too. A ground floor room was perfect for our senior family member, and all bedrooms plus living and dining areas were fully air-conditioned, making the whole place very comfortable. The kitchen had the basics; the gas stove is outdoors due to no indoor exhaust, but we cooked all our meals just fine. Staff were friendly and quick to respond—especially when we had a small water overflow in the powder room, which was fixed right away. We celebrated our parents’ 40th anniversary here, and it was truly memorable. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a great and wonderful experience staying at this private villa during my birthday celebration. The place is very cozy, clean and had a serene and relaxing ambiance. All of us had a nice dip on their clear and clean swimming pool and enjoyed singing with their karaoke. The swing in the area was also nice near the pool. The host is very accommodating and was very helpful even for our late notice for food order. Their caretaker Ms Maru was also helpful and accommodating. We shall definitely come back in this place again.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb for our family gathering on December 25th. The place itself is fantastic for groups, and we especially appreciated that the towels were provided after a slight miscommunication. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Vic was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The venue was beautiful and really peaceful. Saw a few birds and monkeys coupled with the unblocked view of the mountain on the open terrace of another building.

I am a foreigner from USA, I stayed 5 nights here. This was my first time in the area and also first time ever using airbnb. My overall experience was 5 stars easily. I came about 90 minutes before check in the care taker let me in. I had great communication throughout the whole process. The area is so quiet even though being about 500 meters from the main road. There is also a store 2 houses away from the airbnb. The pool was clean everything was clean. Has 3 showers 2 bathrooms. 1 shower is outside which is nice. Also has remote and parking for vehicles. AC is only in the master bedroom but they have 3 fans that you can strategically put around the house. I'm from California so the heat wasn't even close to as hot as it is back home so it was fine for me. They have Netflix and ps5 and a great sound bar also. You can watch TV and listen to music while in the pool. I want to make this clear. The owner has two wonderful care takers. Seriously great friendly people.

Great staycation for a family of 10 and two children. Caretaker is always available for any queries and things that you need. Place is clean and pool was just newly filled making it very warm. Pool size is massive as well as the activity area, kitchen and parking. Fresh towels and blankets were provided. We spent an amazing Christmas. This is home away from home! Few minor mishaps, fridge not cooling, drainage in the bathroom not flowing well.

Great place for family gathering!

Everything was perfect. The only challenge that we had was there was no wifi so we ended up using our personal hotspot. Other than that, we enjoyed the privacy and there were lots of rooms and beds. Definitely worth it!!!

Our mini reunion was one for the books primarily because of this Airbnb! Everybody commented on how nice the place is. The accommodation is big enough to fit 17 pax, with each family having their own rooms. The heated pool was the star of the event, and the caretakers were really kind, helpful, and proactive. Just a few comments for improvement. The host is friendly and accommodating however response time could still improve. Place is pet-friendly, but it would have been more nice if there is no pet fee anymore. We also think plates should be included as well, and it was a bit bummer to see the rice pot unwashed and with old rice debris inside. But other than that, we highly recommend the place and would book again in the future :)

Had an amazing stay at the villa. The team was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. They communicated very well and made time to make sure everything was smooth and taken care of.

Two weeks before the holy week, most of the nice airbnbs in Calamba were already booked. Those that are still available had not so good reviews or were charging really high. Come Holy wednesday, I took a chance on browsing the listings one last time. Luckily I chanced upon Amansara and Rocel accepted my request to book. We packed our bags and immediately went to Calamba. The place was huge and beautiful! It was easy to locate. We loved it the moment we stepped inside the property. We will be back for sure.

Great place. Spacious social area. Worth the price. Sturdy furniture. Doesn't look like they're substandard. Pool water is nice. Not too hot not too cold either. Only cons i see is that it has 5 rooms only. Big groups has several families. Some families want to have their own room. But overall experience is 10/10.

Our stay was fun and easy! I would like to commend their caretaker, Kuya Harold and his wife. Thank you for assisting us and attending to all our needs. Thank you to the host too, for being responsive to questions. Only thing I would recommend - I hope you dont charge the guests for towels, or you should provide towels that are free or charge or included in their stay. Yun lang, god bless! ❤️

Very pleasing place. Very fun place as well for ktv lovers or if you want to swim at night. Water is warm because of the hot spring. Will go back if we can hehe!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

Arlene's place is awesome. The hot pool, huge lot area and clean place. Arlene is very kind and responsive also her sis in law Gigi. they are both kind and responsive. It's a place where you just want to relax and unwind and stay away from the busy streets of manila. The place is in a quiet subdivision. very peaceful yet the main road is just 5 to 10 mins away. we enjoyed our stay. the kids enjoyed the pool. Thanks Arlene and Ms Gigi. Definitely one of those places you will surely consider to stay again in the future.

Had an amazing stay, everyone from my company said they love the place! Will definitely book this again on our next company outing. Highly recommended! Caretaker is also accommodating. And lots of shop outside and walking distance from the resort. Overall Experience 10/10!

The place is perfect for family/barkada trips. It’s exclusive so you can enjoy the peace and at the same time, have fun without bothering the neighborhood. There are spaces for bonfire, kubo, pool and outdoor dining in addition to the impressive space and architecture of the house. We think it could improve a little more on its cleanliness. Also, there were few times we encountered unpleasant odor outdoor. Anyway, these can easily addressed with proper/regular cleaning and do not outweigh our great experience in the place.

One of the best resorts we’ve rented! No curfew for music so we really enjoyed and had fun without worrying about being loud. The place gave us full privacy, the caretaker was respectful and never bothered us. We brought our 2 huskies and they were totally okay with it!! ☺️ no hesitation at all. No extra charges or hidden fees, just pure good vibes. Warm water, clean place, and super relaxing overall. The host is super kind and accommodating. Definitely going back! 🥳
