The downstairs of our Carriage House has been renovated into a guest house. We have a full bath and king sized bed ready for a quiet night's sleep. A few minutes walk to downtown Statesboro, we are just over a mile from GSU and East GA Hospital and 7 miles to Mill Creek’s Splash in The Boro. We have cable TV & wireless internet. The yard is fenced in and perfect for your fur babies to run and play. The Treehouse is located approximately 10 miles south of Metter, GA where you have selections of many restaurants. The Ohoopee River is approximately 8 miles west for kayaking/fishing. (You will need a GA fishing license). The Treehouse awaits your visit.

The Log Cabin on the Canoochee River

This cabin is located on the river bank of the Canoochee River in Claxton, Georgia. This is a hidden treasure in south Georgia. The river is great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. During most of the year a vessel larger than a kayak will not be able to navigate the river. Note: Presently, winter months are not available to be booked. The past two winters have had excessive flooding. Host will make these weeks available two weeks at a time as the water level is adequate for access.
