LAZAR Guesthouse

The Lazar guesthouse is a traditional Szekler Hungarian wooden house in 1941 in Siclod, a small Szekler Hungarian village established around 1241-1254. The house was used only a few occasions for living in it, so the house needed very little restoration work. Our guests can enjoy one of the last Transylvanian - Szekler Hungarian rural lifestyle, that truly gives a time-traveler feeling - but with the comfort of the 21st century. The apartment is located in an old building and gives you that feeling of actually living in an authentic old-fashioned ( original wood floor, windows and wood stove) but comfortable and cosy house in Sighișoara like they used to be. The room is spacious and has a charming air with Romanian decorations and the kitchenette has everything you need for easy cooking. Close to the apartment you will find the city center, the Citadel, restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoy your stay!

This is a generous one bedroom apartment with king size bed and a living room area (TV and WiFi). The flat has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a meal ( hob, microwave, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer) and there is also a washing machine available on site. The bathroom is brand new and it offers a great walk in shower. The Apartment has been recently restored and it is part of a delightful 1700s UNESCO property located in the heart of Sighisoara.
