The apartment is beautiful and was clean. It is not downtown, but it is in a quiet and easily accessible area. Check-in and check-out through the safe is easy, practical and allows for greater flexibility. We arrived in Gramado at almost midnight and had no issues at all. Wagner was attentive and gave all the necessary information.

The place where we stay is close to everything (supermarket, restaurants, sights) and we saw no need to rent a car. We used uber when we needed to go somewhere farther. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, safe. Large and wheelchair-accessible bathroom. It has wonderful blankets! We were in 2 adults and 3 children and welcomed my family very well. The cost x benefit was excellent. I recommend it and if I go back to Gramado, I will try to rebook this apartment.

Excellent location, a few meters from the covered street, restaurants and all the hustle and bustle of Gramado. However, it is also super quiet to rest without any noise. Modern, clean and even more beautiful than the photos. Great parking too, easy to access. I recommend it 100% and would definitely come back.

Ana Maria's house is beautiful and comfortable, we feel great! Pleasant, clean and had everything we needed. I went with a child and had cradle mounted and prepared for my son. The location is great and we feel safe because it is a gated community.

We very much like the stay , only with the reservation of the bathrooms where we could not use the two showers at the same time, as this was the recommendation.

Daniel's place is just like the listing. Well decorated, and well located. The condominium is closed and secure. The comfortable beds and the well-organized rooms. I traveled with my wife and 9-month-old daughter and the house was perfect for children. The kitchen is complete with all utensils. The laundry room with the washer/dryer helped us a lot. Daniel was always available to help with questions and other information.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, well preserved, charming and with incredible views. We were positively surprised by the welcome kit. The kitchen is well equipped and made the routine easier. Mr. Vanderlei received us with great attention, gave us great tips and quickly solved the problem of air conditioning. As a suggestion, it would be good to leave firewood available for the fireplace and light it before guests arrive, as we smell a strong ink smell. The house has good linen and towels, all well organized. For those traveling with children, pay attention to the narrow staircase that gives access to the mezzanine. Overall a great experience. We recommend and thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The green environment makes it very nice in addition to the proximity to the center, which is a very good look. In the time we went to Gramado it was very difficult to drive and look for where to park for traffic, walking was one of the best options to get to know the city.
