The house is in perfect condition. Great for two families who want to share a house, as it has two separate homes complete with a kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, within the same house. So inside that you are sharing a vacation and home, you can have your moments of privacy. Spacious house, large garden and barbecue. As it appears in the photos. You won't find any unpleasant surprises. It has all the utensils you could possibly need in your stay. You can store two cars inside the plot of the house. The host is wonderful, she is always attentive to everything and willing to answer any questions you may have. The only thing we had was that the house needed some thorough cleaning. The overall cleanliness was fine. Kitchen and pristine bathrooms, but in the corners and corners there were some cobwebs and dust accumulated in the hidden areas. Something that would surely be punctual and will be fixed. Recommended!

It was great! Mari Je is charming and her house is wonderful, great to spend a few quiet days with the family in Somo. We had all the amenities and also when we brought our baby she provided us with all the necessary things and many toys, a great touch. Definitely a very good option if you go to Somo

Well equipped house ! Nice TV, good outdoor living space. Comfortable. Beach is 7 min away.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

The ideal area to visit all of Cantabria. Our thanks to Marisa and especially to Pedro who is on the lookout for anything we needed. Highly recommended place!!!

A fantastic house located in a beautiful area. Very good views and the area is very quiet. Located near Llanes and ideal for hiking and eating well, they were also great hosts.

We traveled from Chicago, the kids loved the place, especially the turtles, besides that, we enjoyed the house and the pool! Sandra was always responding right away, an awesome place to spend your vacation in North of Spain

The word to describe our stay is simply “Incredible”. Everything we can say about the house falls short, a privileged location in a unique setting, a quiet luxury house, beautiful, designed on a human scale, open to the sea and enjoyment. We were 17 people comfortably, everything worked perfectly, it has all the necessary services, comfortable beds, sufficient bathrooms, the kitchen with everything you need, a large dining table to enjoy the company, and even cinema screen in case it rains. We couldn't have dreamed more.

We had a wonderful time at Jose his house. It is a really cozy place with a nice garden at an even better location. Jose and Tito were very kind and ready to help us when we had a question or request
