Villa vacation rentals in Cap Bénat, Bormes-les-Mimosas

The house and surroundings were amazing. We had a wonderful week at Stephane's beautiful house with our children and grandchildren. We can highly recommend the accommodation when you are a big family.

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

Sylvie's house is wonderful. Our expectations were exceeded. Great southern exposure with even a bit of sea view. Wonderful large terrace and an infinity pool. Everything very spacious, clean and in best condition. Parking is right in front of the house. The reception and farewell by Agnes and her husband was very warm. For the new guests, please note that one bedroom has a large double bed and two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There were only three of us and we were still allowed to use all three bedrooms. The internet speed is 3.7 Mbps download and 0.52 Mbps upload. Unfortunately, this is not suitable for work. As the house is in the countryside, faster access may not be available. We would love to come back to Sylvies house and thank Sylvie and Agnes very much for her hospitality.

We drove to the Paul Ricard circuit, and we spent 2 nights that went wonderfully, I would recommend this place!

A super private and quiet location with magnificent sea views. Pretty impeccable house, nicely moved and very well equipped. Comfortable rooms and bedding. The contact with the landlord and her trusted person was effective and friendly. We had a lovely stay with 10 people and recommend this place! We are thrilled with the villa and the breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. We had an unforgettable stay. The villa is absolutely brand new, very modern, and luxuriously furnished, located in a closed and secure residential area. The villa was very clean, and the garden plus pool were also very well maintained. It is in a great location for trips to Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. Communication went smoothly, and even during our stay, our questions were answered very quickly. Wonderful hosts and an always helpful "Maria" on site. We liked it so much that we would love to come back!

The love and devotion that have been put into the interior make the place truly special. We immediately felt super comfortable as a result. Through the forest in which the house is located, everything is very shady (I personally love more sun). And by the pool there is another house in which no one lived during our stay. So we had the pool all to ourselves. It's huge and beautiful. The village is very close - it was great!

We had a lovely time with the family at this beautiful villa. Thanks to Lola for her warm welcome. The house is well decorated and comfortable, the outside is well landscaped. There is what you need in terms of amenities to stay there apart from the essentials for toddlers (bed, high chair etc.). Pretty pool that can be heated for a charge, we were able to enjoy water at 29 degrees. And the sea view is really nice. Shops are easy to reach by car as well as the sea. We recommend.

We had an exceptional stay! Virginie and her husband were very attentive... Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one fine morning… not to mention everything the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It is a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! I highly recommend and thank the hosts again for their kindness and sense of hospitality!

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

Raphael and the team who Look after the villa are fantastic communicators and when we arrived the home and pool were spotlessly clean! The photos really don’t do the home justice as the bathrooms and finishing in the property are of the highest standard which is not always the case in some villas we have stayed in where the reverse is true! Finding this modern yet cosy villa was a great result for the family and I. We will without a doubt return to this peaceful slice of heaven and we will encourage colleagues and friends to do the same. The only bad thing - having to leave! We could have stayed in the pool forever! Thanks Raphael and Team from the family and I we will be back.

The view is breathtaking! And the house is situated perfectly to enjoy the view from every possible location. The pictures don’t do the house justice- it is modern, clean, has meters upon meters of windows showcasing the view, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are beautiful beaches within walking distance, tons of fun restaurants and vineyards, and St. Tropez an easy drive or boat ride away. We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay and everything was perfect! Cecile was an outstanding host and she was extremely helpful. This was one of our best stay with Airbnb. The house was splendid and the views incredible. We would love to stay there again!

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend with the family at Alban's house. The heated pool, the small playground, the pétanque court, everything is planned for young and old to have fun. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice, modern home with a very friendly and responsive host. Very quiet area a little more in the interior, so a car is a must. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch. For us, there were 2 downsides: beds are on the smaller side for 2 people (140x200) and the pool is not heated (less ideal with children out of season). For the rest, everything was great.

The villa was amazing and we were sad to leave. It was great that we could take our little dog with us so we didn't need to leave him at home. The villa views were simply beautiful. We are already looking to return.

we had a very good stay in the Villa. The house is very nice, compliant with the pictures, and extremely quiet. The swimming pool and tennis courts are at walking distance and it's possible to park the car in front of the door leading to the villa in few steps. Equipment , beds, kitchen, AC, TV very modern and well functioning, including the piano you can see on the picture. The balcony is spacious, relaxing, and ideal for evening apertives and dinners
