The first bedroom has a smart TV 32'', an air-condition and a ceiling fan. The loft bedroom has has two single beds, which can be turned to a big double bed. The living room has a sofa bed, smart TV 55'' and air-condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, coffee - espresso machine . . .

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.
