De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Charmerende bolig fra 1832 med lavt til loftet, men højt til himlen ude i den hyggelige have. Nyd ferien med grill og solbadning i haven eller hygge inde i huset med ild i brændeovnen. Huset ligger i Borre med 6 km til Møns klint og 4 km til badestrand for enden af Kobbelgårdsvej. Der er to cykler til fri afbenyttelse til ture rundt i den skønne mønske natur.
