Marie’s place was one of the better Airbnbs my family and I have stayed at. It was so clean, peaceful, and quiet…just what we were looking for. We felt right at home. Our Bichon-Frise appreciated the dog snacks left for him, and also seemed comfortable with his surroundings right away. Marie left us chocolate and spring water, which were appreciated after our 6 hour drive. Marie was quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns I had. I LOVE the history of this home, too! As the 13th child in a family of 14, I really love that 11 children grew up in this home. My only regret is visiting before the golf course opened for the season. This will be a reason for us to return!!!

This small cottage is in a perfect location. Set back from the road, offering a beautiful view of the river. Very simple, it contains all the necessary amenities. Its proximity to St Irenee Beach is also very appreciated. This is a place we love to come to and will definitely come back to.

We can barely make it, and I'm thinking about going back! What a beautiful and warm feasted cottage. It was really what I expected and needed. My boyfriend loved it too. The location is not to be negotiated for hiking lovers, beautiful hikes in the Appalachian Park and the Massif du Sud. Just wow! And thank you to Rachelle for the delicious muffins!

Very well located for going to Jacques Cartier Park and Camp Mercier. Pleasant and well-equipped cottage. (Small downside for sensitive ears, heating is a little noisy) Nice walk to the maple grove. As we rarely rent cottages, is it customary to have to strip the beds and take out all the garbage despite a $140 cleaning fee? I'd go back of course! Thanks!

We enjoyed the three days spent in this very comfortable, carefully furnished cottage. It was the starting point for visits and discoveries on the banks of a breathtaking river. A charming stopover on our journey to discover Quebec.

We (6 adults and 5 children aged 9 - 13) stayed for 4 nights in March and had a great time. Pool was awesome and the kids would alternate between there and the outdoor hot tub (only a few steps from pool door). Large island and dining table were great for group meals. We made use of the two fondue pots and the nearby IGA's great fondue selection. The kids liked taking snowshoes and walking in the surrounding woods. In addition to the large kitchen there were other spacious areas for lounging (family room, pool deck, basement, by outdoor firepit). Conveniently located less less than 15 min to Baie-Saint-Paul (groceries, and dining) or Massif base or top of hill. Overall, accommodations were great for a relaxing group ski vacation.

This property is even better than advertised—no picture can truly capture its beauty the way seeing it in person does. Beautiful location with views of the river and the Massif! Great for a stay for groups, families or groups of friends. Plenty of space. We had a great time as a family!

We had an exellent stay. We were able to enjoy sunrise over the bay from the living room. It was clean and welcoming. I will return without hesitation.

Very nice cottage with great view. Large living room-kitchen gathering space, basement, spa or outdoor terrace. The cottage is very well equipped, perfect for a group of 14 people.

We had a fantastic stay at Cyril’s place. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Saint Lawrence River and the check-in process was seamless. Cyril was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Some minor repairs to be done (closet doors in the upper bedroom, mosquito net, outdoor chairs, outdoor shower joints). The cottage is well laid out, the hot tub, foosball and billiards are a plus to relax at the end of the day. The view is beautiful despite the poles and wires and the place very quiet (a burial of the power lines would be ideal). We had a lovely stay.

François-Xavier was available during all our exchanges, he was responding quickly and to all my questions. This cottage was very warm and friendly. It was perfect for a family weekend. We were very captivated by the fact that the cottage was built over a river. We could hear the sound of the water when there was calm in the cottage. Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay. There's nothing to complain about. My kid stained the table cover with a marker so I got a fee of $50, a bit overpriced for a stain but... other than that everything was perfect.

That was a wonderful experience! The cottage was clean, fully equipped, and had a cozy balcony overlooking the river. The landlord was very supportive and responsible. We accidentally left our sunglasses there, and he went out of his way to return them to us — we really appreciated his care and effort. I highly recommend this place!

The location is beautiful!! It was the perfect place for time away from the city!

The spa is a plus, beautiful location, the only small problem according to my tastes was that a campsite with several trailers filled the other bank and spoils the view a little, comfortable chalet.

Great host and good location if you want to do things around the Quebec City area. the house was very clean and had good amenities. Location is ok, the main limitation is lack of nature spaces to walk around outside the house.
