Vermietet wird das gesamte Erdgeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Vor dem Haus kann direkt geparkt werden. Der Garten wird zwischenzeitlich gepflegt, lediglich die Mülltonnen müssten an die Straße gestellt werden (pro Woche 1-2 Tonnen). :) Es handelt sich um ein 2 Parteien Haus, bei der die obere Wohnung vermietet ist.

Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

Es liegt gegenüber dem Haupthaus auf einem ca. 4000 m² großen Grundstück. Das Gästehaus befindet sich am Rande eines privaten Waldes (Waldbaden [Das bewusste Verweilen im Wald] und Lagerfeuer möglich). Das Schlafzimmer, welches sich im Obergeschoss befindet, ist über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen.

Our apartment is 160 m². We have a large and light-flooded living room with a large balcony and great views of nature. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is a nice size and fully furnished. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower and tub. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy. We have many excursion opportunities nearby, and you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. Dogs on request.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
