The Family Residential Capri Beach House has two apts available for rental. They are located on the 1st floor of the residence, with a 3-bedroom apartment for 8 people and a studio for 4 people (with independent rentals). A common area has a gourmet barbecue area with kitchen (with rules for use) and a rooftop pool with a gazebo with a privileged view of Babitonga Bay. Inside the house there is an apartment on the ground floor where the Host and the Owner reside.
