We have a satellite Wi-Fi network (with the limitations of the area) 23,000 liter underground water tank + aerial tank. Large garden and space to park 3 cars. All bedrooms have A/C, a fan, and a bed mosquito net. (The two double beds are new) We do not have a power generator.

Cozy studio apartment, it has all the amenities 24 hours a day, WiFi (50mb SPEED OPTICAL FIBER INTERNET WAS RECENTLY INSTALLED, IT IS 8 to 20 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY CONVENTIONAL INTERNET) Netflix on both TVs. Private parking. There is never a lack of water since it has its own well, and the building has a power plant for common areas and elevators. Very central, excellent area and very quiet.
