Vacation rentals with beach access in Caribbean

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Overall, we had a very relaxing stay at Teejay’s place, and it was a great value! I’ll also mention a few minor cons that certainly didn’t break our experience but I think are good to be aware of. Pros: very secluded location with lots of privacy, a minute walk to the beach, well appointed apartment, adequate lighting, good size comfortable beds, lots of closet space and clothes hangers, plenty of towels, excellent AC, outside shower to rinse off sand after beach. Also, Teejay provides you with rental chairs at the beach where she works at, which is located 5 min away by golf cart. She has an excellent food and drink stand there, as well as beach toys, hair braiding, and horseback riding. We tried it all, and everything was wonderful. Cons: no hand soap was provided, which surprising because before, I never stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide that basic necessity. Also, you might want to bring ear plugs because the neighboring roosters start crowing at 5 am every morning.

I have stayed many times at Emil’s place. The location is superb. One of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The staff at the resort is phenomenal. The restaurant could use some new dishes, but their pizzas are delicious. Minerva who works with Emil, is like family and takes wonderful care of you during your stay. She will also cook for additional pay. Her food is outstanding. Emil is always a delight to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. I will be back again soon!

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

Stephanie’s place is wonderful! It’s in a great location (car is highly recommended) for beach and relaxing. Stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The photos match the description and it is very clean. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a laid back beach vibe.

We loved staying here! The location was great for our 2 night stay. We were able to explore Rincon and Aguadilla in an afternoon. Access to the garage was very nice and we felt extremely safe here. The air conditioning was nice and cold and the space was very clean with lots of travel info to browse through. morning coffee on the balcony was the best way to start our day. David was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The best way to describe my experience was “when you’re here you’re family.” Ed and Faith Anne were amazing hosts who made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. As a solo traveler this was really important to me and I felt like family immediately. They were readily available when I needed them and respected my privacy. The unit was very cute and clean and came complete with a friendly guard dog :) It was located right across from a gorgeous beach and having the golf cart was priceless. I had a great time exploring the island and went on a super fun snorkel trip with the host’s excursion company. I highly recommend staying here and would go back just so I could hang with Ed and Faith Anne again!

Such a charming spot! The host welcomed me with warmth and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodation exceeded my expectations – clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. I’ll be recommending it to friends!

La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

We had a great stay in Rincón! The house was quaint, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. While the pool was a bit smaller than expected, it was absolutely perfect during the hottest parts of the day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and nearby excursions. Having a rental car was definitely helpful for exploring the area and checking out other local beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Rent both the studio and apartment if if have a group of more than 5. The beaches in the area are great (Crash Boat very close by. Rompe Ola restaurant was great! They have a small downtown (plaza) and the kiosks the fabulous. Besides a problem with the water heater, everything great and very clean! The roof top was best.

The location in my opinion is perfect! The view from the pool is amazing! It is so peaceful just sitting in the yard and pool area looking at the ocean. The outdoor areas made us feel so comfortable. With a mix of old and young children they were able to enjoy different things but yet all in the same area. Joost was great and very accommodating! Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from your busy lives…. Thank you again!

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

We loved our stay on Sapphire Beach. The place was exactly as described. Perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful views and nice bar and food options right next door. The pool area was also very nice, and there is a taxi service right on the property which was very convenient. Darryl picked us up from the airport and made sure we felt right at home. This was the perfect spot for our Virgin Island getway. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!

We enjoyed being close to the beach, the heated pool and excellent balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️
