Very nice condo. Natural light and view was perfect - did not need to use lights during daytime. Quiet neighborhood, secure building. Easy to walk anywhere in South Beach (if you are a walker). We did not drive at all while there. Extra supplies available such as soap and paper towels, which was helpful. Thank you, it was a very relaxing stay!

Very nice place to stay in El Laguito. The apartment is very comfortable, and view of the lake, and the ocean is very nice. The bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The host is caring and helpful. A small quieter beach and a bird island is close by to enjoy. The main beach and shopping is nearby, as well. If I come back to Cartagena this place will be my first choice.

Great value, enjoyed my stay!

Perfect space if you’re like me and spend more time outside than inside on vacation. Terrace with all the extra living space is so nice. Multiple beaches a walk or short drive away if you want something other than what is right by the condo. And finally a host that doesn’t require you to basically clean the place before you leave. Amazing place to stay.

Beautiful place, great building thats not overcrowded in downtown with an industrial feel with a rooftop pool. Incredible stay!

Jesus was properly one of the best host I’ve had since using Airbnb and very friendly. He was nothing but professional at all times. Place was amazing from the views from the balcony to the living room area was amazing. I would be staying again soon hopefully in October this year.

As our first trip to cuba we could not have picked a better place to spend the first night. We, plus all our luggage, we are travelling by bicycle, were collected at the airport door. A warm and informative welcome. Malvis and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful. A great breakfast to send us on our way too. The accommodation experience in La Caribeña was excellent, it is a well located place with access to transportation and close to the bay of Santa Marta. The elements of the room were the ones needed for a good and welcoming stay. Communication with hosts is quick and very attentive to any requests. I definitely recommend it and I would come back to that good place 💖

The apartment is in a good location, close to an Ara and a tour agency that makes it easy to do some activities in Santa Marta, great view, just to keep in mind that there are already some things of the apt that need maintenance for the most excellent.

I spent two weeks with my husband in Lorraine's house. Your place was a home for us to relax, just like at home! Lorena is a great host and has always been ready to help us when they need it. The house is in a quiet area and is equipped with everything you need, including a washer-dryer that I loved during our stay!!! She was very comfortable to wash and dry her clothes!! The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals, the bedroom and bathroom had spare sheets and towels. The whole house was very clean and very cozy. The neighborhood is quite quiet and at night we rested in peace. In the neighborhood you can find several cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. Our stay was wonderful and I would like to thank Lorena for her availability and hospitality!!! I highly recommend staying here because you will feel at home!!

Awesome quiet place! Close to everything

I have stayed here twice because it is a great place to stay with many conveniences. A combination of local eateries as well as international fastfood chains are within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. This studio is fully equipped with all eating utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and barbecue pit are a great feature and the views from. the top floor are amazing. Jorge puts a little extra Into providing a welcoming experience including fashioning the bath towels into swans. This is a great place to stay and is reasonably priced.
