Stop searching you’ve found it! Our third visit to AMI and Amy’s home was without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Everything is brand spanking new (sadly she had to renovate after last year’s hurricane). Her home is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We made all but one of our meals in her fab kitchen and made great use of her fantastic brand new Weber grill. The little plunge pool is a wonderful treat after a busy day relaxing on the beach. The cottage is walkable to bars and restaurants not to mention a short walk to the beautiful beach. Amy has thought of everything. Amy herself was a fantastic host - proactively checking in on us and providing thoughtful advice. We would be thrilled to stay again on our next visit to AMI. Thank you Amy!

The villa was great - very nice with enough space for a group of 8 people. The pool and outdoor areas are a real plus! The perfect welcome with the 1st breakfast planned since we arrived late the day before. Magalie was very responsive throughout the stay and flexible for our departure time! A great place with a great location to enjoy Guadeloupe and to rest in peace! We'll be right back: )

Sonia & Daniel's house exceeded all our needs for our son's stay visiting his grandparents in Venice. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything he needed was there, and he enjoyed a quiet place to relax. The screened in lanai was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and our son was happy to be able to do a morning run down through Shamrock Park, which is on the water. Sonia and Daniel were very responsive to our messages. We would definitely consider renting this house again!

Incredibly peaceful, waterfront house. We were there for work and it was so nice to come back to a relaxing, quiet place to unwind! Definitely recommend this property with lovely hosts as well!

Allie’s place was the absolute BEST. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was clean, comfortable, and had such a positive vibe. Allie’s communication was outstanding. HIGHLY recommend and we will definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Thanks to Nicolette for a wonderful stay at her place (two years in a row)! We have stayed in many Airbnb's and this property and host is one of our favorites! The unit is extremely clean, the neighborhood is great and the host is extremely responsive, above and beyond expectations! Can't wait to return!

Went to Bradenton for a couple of days and decided on staying in Andrew’s wonderful house. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants and close to Anna Maria Island. The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities and the pool was a huge plus! Andrew was quick in his responses and very friendly. Had a great time and will definitely come again in the future.

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

Jacks home is beautiful and I had a great time there. Will definitely stay again.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my birthday and had the best time! Everything was exactly like the pictures, house was very clean, and the host left a welcome basket which was super thoughtful. We will definitely come back!

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Great home! Great pool! Great location! It's about halfway between Venice Beach and manasota Beach. Those were our two destinations so this worked out perfect! The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers and everything else you need for a day at the beach. Beach. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.

House and location were top notch and matched description . Walking distance to golf cart rental , restaurants and few boutiques .3 min walk to a quiet and beautiful beach. Beach chairs , towels provided . House was very well decorated and had everything we needed such as kitchen appliances , cooking tools , containers etc . Pool area was very private and cozy and great place to get back to after a day at the beach . Beautiful and safe neighborhood . Fast response from host . We had a wonderful week and we are planning to go back again . Great memories were created for sure. Highly recommended !! Thank you ❤️

The place is cute, quiet and very well equipped, it seemed like the host thought of everything. And it looked exactly like the pictures!

Great house that was as clean as it gets. The location was perfect for our plans and also was a great spot for us to hang out at night. Bree was a very good host that was quick to respond.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s house. I would recommend it to anyone considering this area! I was surprised at how well stocked everything was! We had everything we needed! She was helpful and responsive every time i spoke to her! We had a lot of fun on the covered porch and we even got to interact with some of the horses on the property. There was a lot of great shade with all the mature trees and my son enjoyed the ducks at the pond and just having a lot of space to run around. I have nothing but great things to stay about our trip. We will be back next year! Thanks again Carla!

The cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Raymond because he was out of town. However, he stayed in touch with us at all times to make sure that everything was fine. We very much appreciated that. The beds had fresh linen, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and living/dining room area was very tidy. Plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. Felt very safe there day and night. Supermarket and commercial shops are in walking distance. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the outdoor amenities but both barbecue grill and hot-tub were covered. Raymond, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage. We hope to stay there in the future. All the best!!

We are repeat guests at Rancho Relaxo, and we will continue to return as long as they have us. I highly recommend Lynn's place if you're looking for a place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the heated pool every night, and our dogs loved the gated backyard. The location is private, yet it's conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our two month stay at Viktoriya’s beautiful new home. The house is well maintained - the kitchen has all the amenities allowing you to feel like you’re at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed our walks. Viktoriya is a wonderful hostess and is very welcoming and responsive to any questions you might have. Looking forward to our stay in 2026.
