Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution. ** Ask about our "Tread Lightly" trail rides.

Brand-new modern micro cabin perched right on the Kings River with floor-to-ceiling windows, private river access, and total silence – only 25 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. Our brand new micro cabin is as peaceful as it gets with rustic woods. There is also an outdoor tub and Hot Tub. We are located down a 3 mile dirt road, but it is worth the drive. We have parking on the property and it is a short walk from parking to the cabin down a beautiful set of concrete steps.

The Fairway Getaway Cabin offers 3 bedrooms (2 King/1Queen), 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Plenty of room to gather/bbq outside on the back deck and plenty of parking. As part of the Fairway Inn boutique hotel property, the FGC has access to the recreation area pool, firepit, waterfall, free continental breakfast and more. A lovely two bedroom, one bathroom, loft style apartment. Our special place is located above one of the unique shops in downtown Eureka Springs, placing it within walking distance to all the unique shops and great restaurants. It has a pool table, a back balcony with a grill for cooking out, a full kitchen, a living area, and one parking space located behind the property. This is also a pet friendly place, so your little four-legged family member is also welcome.
