A very quiet and beautiful place. Highly recommended.

This home had it all, and felt like you were staying at a family members home. Everything was stocked from toilet paper to spices. We were able to cook wonderful meals with all the seasonings needed on the black stone. The yard was great with smoke seating choices and a brand new dock. Quiet neighborhood with modest homes. Perfect weekend to relax with the family while playing Scrabble and Yahtzee, and a friendly game of pool. Loved the charm of the old home and the warmth of the hot tub. Not much to do around the area but the pizza at Mikes was a tasty surprise.

We were very pleased staying at Scott's house in Monticello. We were there for a wedding and plenty of space for our family of 5. The fall colors and leaves are beautiful this time of year. We did not get to spend as much time outside watching the water as we wanted to, but we can plan to go back again!

We have been going to Indiana Beach since 1976, A few years back, we found this beautiful house. And I look forward to it every year. The view is beautiful. It’s peaceful spacious plenty of rooms for myself and grandchildren.

We had a wonderful time at Mellow Yellow! The home was clean, spacious. The kitchen had everything that you could need, and the home was exactly how it was described! Marie was very flexible and easy to work with, as well as excellent in her communication. This was one of our favorite locations that we have stayed at through Airbnb. We will absolutely consider coming back again as we plan our next trip!

This place was amazing. I travel for work and tend to do the Airbnb over hotels. The price for what u get was fair. Actually a little low compared to others. Jessica was responsive and addressed any concerns I had.(Not many) very friendly people. Neighbors are amazing and helpful. Plenty of parking. Right on the lake. Beautiful. Lil mom and papa’s restaurants right down the road. Walmart probably 7 mins away. Definitely recommend.

What a great stay! Our family booked this rental to visit Indiana Beach for my nephew's 13th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us to spend time together. House was clean, plenty of linens, and VERY comfortable beds. We had trouble with the water pressure and temperature in the showers but it wasn't a deal breaker. I arrived before our group to put up a few decorations and walked in to balloons and festive birthday items they had already set up for us! I also mentioned having 2 young children for the vist and noticed there were brand new, unopened toys and bubbles. I'm not sure if it was intended for our visit or just available, but our little ones LOVED it. Overall, I would 100% rent here again. The host, Julie, was quick to respond and kind. Great experience for all of us.

The resort was clean and very close to Indiana Beach plus my kids loved the heated pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Alejandra's place is an amazing value, especially given I booked the room with a private bathroom and it's is so close to campus and lots of restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and professional - they definitely treat hosting like the business that it is. I also think they do a great job managing expectations so you understand beforehand that the apartment complex where the rental is located is very much in need of repair. Overall, a great stay!

Annie was an amazing host! The place was perfect for our weekend trip to Indiana Beach. We enjoyed some lake time with the paddle boat and paddle boards, kids like the pool too! Unit was as described and clean. Would definitely come back!

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

I enjoyed my stay at the lakefront cottage and the beautiful view of the lake. The home was very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. My small dog enjoyed fenced backyard and always wanted to go back outside.

Frank was an excellent Host and his home was a great value. Beautifully located on the lake, perfectly located near the supermarket, laundry, and restaurants. Will return whenever I'm in town.

This was a beautiful and peaceful cottage. The home was clean and well equipped for our stay. Our host was very responsive to any concerns or questions. The weather was not great and we were happy to find fun games to play, as well as cable TV. Despite the weather, the views of the sun rising were lovely. We had a wonderful and would highly recommend!

Stayed here for a couple months for work, 7 months to be exact. It was a great peaceful place. Great view of the lake in the mornings. Barbecue pits available as well as picnic area. Home was cozy and Frank was a great host, always answered and would check in regularly. Definitely recommend.
