Fully functional kitchen and spacious dining area. Patio seating and gas grill on a balcony overlooking the Pigeon River. Wind down watching Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN on our 60 inch flat screen TV equipped with surround sound while the kids play the Nintendo Switch provided. Reliable wi-fi, 1 car garage & parking for 3-4 additional vehicles.

Family Fun Spacious inside & outside

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
