Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cass County

We had a great time at this place. The lake was beautiful and host was very accommodating and responsive. Lots of places for people to sleep and hangout. Great amenities as well. Having access to the boat was great!

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was well stocked, clean, comfortable!! It was great. The owner responded immediately if I had questions. I have zero complaints!! We will do it again!

I have rented many houses for vacations and this house has thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. There was a lot of seating outside, many hooks on the walls for wet towels, a stocked kitchen and reverse osmosis water. I brought my own sensitive skin detergent because I am allergic to detergents with dyes in them. I really appreciated the fact that all of their towels and linens were washed with sensitive skin detergent of their own and I did not have to worry about my skin breaking out. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I thought this property was very thoughtful of their guests and Doug was a wonderful and responsive person. Also my son is allergic to dogs and he had no problems in this house. I was visiting family and of course everyone has dogs and Doug allowed my family members to come visit with me during the day with no complaints. We rented a boat to go tubing and cruising around the lake. I really recommend this property.

Courtney’s place was the perfect location for our plans in Cassopolis. Additionally, Courtney was very kind and accommodating when I contacted her as our plan’s changed. We will look to book her place when we visit Cassopolis again.

I loved my stay at your place. It was very clean with very comfortable mattresses. The views are beautiful and I am already planning on returning this summer. I would like to recommend a restaurant in Union, Michigan, Zimmie’s.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The house is comfortable and had everything you might need. Shari was very responsive and helpful. Donnell lake is beautiful and we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset even though it was too cold to get in the water, fishing was still possible! Nice drive to South Haven one day for shopping and lunch.

Our stay at Matthew's house was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchens were well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and the two living rooms were perfect for relaxing. The highlight was definitely their location on Shavehead Lake! It was perfect for the kids to swim and convenient for us to dock our boat.

We loved our stay at this house! Shannon was a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in process was smooth. The house was very clean and there was a lot of space for our group to gather and play games. The back deck is great as well with a beautiful view of the lake. Our only complaint was how high the cleaning fee was considering there was a checklist of chores we had to complete before leaving. We felt that we overpaid for the size of the house, but overall we were satisfied. This is a great location and we hope to be back!

It is a great cozy little lake getaway. The host has the place stocked with anything and everything that you would need. Perfect for anyone who might forget something. it has a beautiful view of theLake. Aaron was a great host to deal with. We enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I went for a “game retreat” weekend and it was perfect! We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards since you can get on the water without getting wet (since it was a little cold). There was also such a cute note welcoming us along with fresh flowers and fresh eggs! Really appreciated the personalized touch.

This was our third year staying at Chris’s cottage. The cottage was spotless as always, equipped with snacks, water, plenty of towels and amenities. The cottage is on Fish Lake, beautiful and peaceful but also fun to watch all of the water activities and wildlife. The weather was perfect. The mark of a fantastic place and location is never having to turn on the TV to pass the time. We will be back next year if it’s available! Thank you, Chris!

Holly’s Cozy Cottage was just that! It was comfortable and clean with yard games and a fire pit. The screened in porch was where we spent most of our time. Holly provided lots of unexpected amenities to make our stay comfortable. Holly was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend a stay at this AirBNB!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

While there are plenty of houses in the area, it was soooo quiet! The hot tub was perfect when we got there, and easy to use. They were super responsive and friendly, and very welcoming! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful quick getaway, and would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Creek Cottage. The host was very responsive and friendly. The cottage was clean and was peaceful. It was close to Shipshewana and perfect for what we wanted. The lake was beautiful. The extra amenities that were left were nice and tasty as well. We would stay here again!

modern cabin update in a private, serene setting makes for a relaxing escape. Lucas is a great host who's done a wonderful job of transforming the property into a place where you can really get away from it all while still being conveniently situated for visiting Middlebury, Shipshewana, Goshen, Elkhart, and other points of interest (check out Bonneyville Mills nearby). loved the fireplace and comfy king bed. as stated there's no wi-fi and cell service was a bit spotty, but you'll likely enjoy the experience without having to contend with the distractions. highly recommended overall and would definitely look to stay here when in the area again.

Liz was an absolute wonderful host! We booked this Airbnb to celebrate our mom’s birthday and mine and my husband’s anniversary and it was PERFECT! We had access to plenty of water toys and kayaks! Every night we sat in the enclosed patio and enjoyed the views. Liz even left us fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers that we used to make a beautiful garden salad! We are vegetarians so it was truly a treat! We would definitely recommend this home to any family and we look forward to renting here again!

Our stay for the bachelor party was a great time and the vibes were immaculate during our stay!

Lynette's cottage is incredible and full of history and nostalgia. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, to the awesome sun porch overlooking the vintage playground and the beautiful lake. Fun and relaxation was had by all the ages of our group and we a can't wait to come for longer next season.

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The perfect place for a quiet getaway. Friendly neighborhood with quiet streets. We sat on the balcony every morning to drink coffee and look out at the gorgeous lake. Short ride into town for some nice food and dive bars. About 30 minutes away from South Haven and Kalamazoo for a nice day trip downtown. Will definitely be staying again.
