The apartment is very comfortable , with everything you need and very clean. Very easy to get downtown ( very close ) by walking or in Metro.5 cudras de Tren Atocha station, re useful for excursions. Mabel very attentive and siempres responded quickly.zLo recommend , would definitely return.

Very cozy and well located. Ten minutes from Laurel Street but far enough away to be able to sleep peacefully. Alfredo is very kind at all times, he recommended places to eat. Note that it has parking 100m from the apartment, that yes, if you come with a car under care that you will touch the entrance. If we go back we'll be back for sure!!

It is undoubtedly the best apartment I have ever been in, it was very well equipped, had toys and children's furniture, the kitchen was full of food available for us. Everything was designed to make us feel at home, clear instructions, very well located. It is in a quiet residential area but close to very good stores and restaurants. It was very clean and the hosts responded always and instantly. I would always recommend it and if I go back to Madrid I would definitely come back to it.

We’ve stayed at this place several times and keep coming back every year for work reasons. The location is always perfect, and the accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Ángel, is very polite and accommodating. They felt right at home in his apartment and were able to have a wonderful time there. Two metro stations were easily accessible on foot, so you could also get to the city interior quickly. Thank you so much for the wonderful time there

All instructions included were clear and accurate, the site is as advertised. Our host was very attentive and communicative even days before arriving at our destination. If we need to return to Madrid for sure we repeat!

When I return to Valladolid I would love to be able to stay with Begoña again. Begoña is a great host, making you feel like home. Whenever you need something, you'll have it. It also offers experiences for its garden, a very nice and fun atmosphere, where you will learn a lot about it. It has two beautiful cats that will keep you company. I just have to add thanks for the good treatment you have given me at all times and for making me feel at home.

Everything is very good, the house has everything you need to spend a good vacation, it is a spacious and well-decorated house in which you have given a lot of love. Communication with Puia was perfect, and he always gave solutions to everything. A place of 10, highly recommended.

Great place to stay, very nicely located and perfect for a weekend

Juan Pablo and Sofia are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. A dog and a cat live in the apartment who are also lovely. The apartment is located in the center, at a pedestrian distance from some of the most important attractions of Madrid. Still, the apartment is quiet and cozy, and it's a place to rest and have your privacy after a busy day. The best part is that you have a separate bathroom, as well as an iron for your clothes, a washing machine, a hair dryer...

They are very attentive, friendly and thoughtful hosts. I certainly recommend them because they were always available, attentive to any need and went beyond being hosts. They're really good people. I appreciate the warm and friendly way they treated my mother. Thank you!

Li's was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bath was spacious and spotless. We could easily walk or use one of the nearby metro stops to explore Madrid. Thanks very much for sharing your apartment with us!

The apartment is a little smaller than we expected. But not an issue at all. Traditional Madrid feel to it, full of character. Amazing location. If you are affected by noise then just bring ear plugs . Lovely time in Madrid.

we were very comfortable, close to the old town just crossing the Roman bridge, 5 min walk, and very quiet you couldn't hear a noise x the night. An area with free parking on the street although the apartment how much with a garage square. It has everything I need to spend a few days . I recommend it
