Vacation rentals with a patio in Cát Hải

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Halong Bay und alle nötigen Einrichtungen (Mini-Markt, Restaurants, ATM) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist es sehr leicht in der Gegend ein Taxi zu bekommen (über GRAB). Als wir aufgrund von sich ändernden Plänen unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen mussten, war das kein Problem, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren!

We love how clean and new the apartment was. It was a great stay and everything works as intended. The host is super nice and very detail oriented in her rental. You are surely to experience a clean, A/C'ed, and restful location with this place. Having a washer/dryer machine is a great accommodation for travelers visiting VN. I highly recommended this rental to others visiting Hai Phong.

Отличная квартира с красивым видом на залив с высоты 26-го этажа. Укомплектована всем необходимым. Две спальни, две ванные комнаты. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым для приготовления еды. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, помог организовать туры по заливу Лонха и Халонг.

Very nice stay, with comfortable beds, great balcony and good views.

I had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. Came here just shortly after typhoon Yagi hit Ha Long. Therefore some amenities and services were unfortunately not offered, which didn’t bother me too much. Hung is a very proactive and welcoming host, he reacted always fast and friendly and assisted with any questions and enquiries. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s a lovely place and you are in great hands 🌅

We traveled to many places in Vietnam, and this is the best accommodation we’ve stayed at. The host was incredibly kind, helping us book a car from Noi Bai Airport to Ha Long and arranging our return trip to Hanoi. On top of that, she also provided a tour service for exploring Ha Long Bay by cruise. With convenient door-to-door transportation, all we had to do was follow the itinerary effortlessly. It was a truly unforgettable experience! Minh Vui’s apartment is absolutely stunning, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The breathtaking view left a lasting impression. Definitely a 5-star stay!

Fantastic location for exploring a new city. The host gave us excellent suggestions for dining and activities. She was very kind, and had excellent communication.

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is, if anything, a little bit better than advertised and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Ha Long between recommending things to do locally, organising taxis and much more. I would highly recommend people to stay here - especially big groups!

Amazing place

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Notre séjour en famille c’est très bien passé. L’hôte était très accueillant et nous avions même une petite surprise avec de jolies porte-clés en arrivant. Endroit calme, jolie vue, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

The apartment was beautiful and we loved the view! We particularly appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower and having access to the washer/dryer. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it would have been sufficient for reheating, or very simple meal making. Extra small refrigerator, but suited our needs. The bed was simply dreamy! Very comfortable and the quiet made for good sound sleep. If you are a jogger or walker, lots of safe pathways to exercise. The one drawback was a lack of small restaurants close by. There were large restaurants geared toward large tour groups and great coffee shops, but not many of the small eateries you find in most neighborhoods. The good news is that just a short drive away there are many types of restaurants and other services. We would definitely stay again.

Провели прекрасный месяц в этом жилье. Все понравилось! Вокруг много магазинов со всем необходимым и много ресторанов. Найти такси не составляет труда. Квартира прекрасно подходит для удаленной работы. Есть как минимум один рабочий стол, который можно занять ноутбуком, еще сверхскоростной интернет. Из окон прекрасный вид на бухту, скалы тоже видно. Хозяйка заботливо предупредила о том, что большинство магазинов будут закрыты в период празднования Нового года, так что у нас была возможность закупить продукты заранее. Спасибо Giang за гостеприимство ❤️

I've stayed in many Airbnbs, but this stands out as one of the best. Kevin and Anna are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is decorated to a high standard and looks better than it does in the photos. The view from the 38 floor panoramic window is sublime. Kevin offered to organise a scooter and also a Halong bay 2 day cruise. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do either but if I ever go back to Halong Bay, I will definitely try to book again with Kevin and Anna. I highly recommend both them and their accommodation.

Very modern and spacious apartment with a rooftop pool and a great view - we really enjoyed it. For local restaurants or shops you need to drive/walk a bit.
