Vacation rentals with breakfast in Catedral District

Pictures do not do justice to this place. Great part of town. Even allowed us to park inside secured gate for our rental car. Andres was awesome. Highly recommend!!

the stay was wonderful, the patio was perfect for me, i really felt the peaceful surroundings was great for my last evening in Costa Rice. I missed the wonderful food I'd heard so much about since I stayed on a Monday, will change that next visit. Gracias

I only stayed there for 1 night as a transfer from Colombia to Nicaragua, but could have been there longer! Gloria was incredibly sweet and helped a lot with my bus trip to Nicaragua (for which I still had to withdraw money in the morning). She also gave me some food on the way and checked in with me the next day if I had arrived well in Nicaragua. Also a cozily furnished house and it felt very warm!

Marisol was extremely accommodating of us, we flew into San Jose late at night and she helped us by ordering food to be waiting for us on our arrival, and stayed up late for us when we got delayed and arrived even later than expected! The house was unbelievably beautiful with a view over the city that looked like it was out of a movie, and the breakfast that went with the view was amazing as well. We only booked one night as we had another destination to reach the next day, but this place would have been worth staying in for longer! It was both very close to the airport and also very quiet and safe feeling, an amazing combination.

Victoria is a wonderful host. We were visiting Costa Rica for dental services. This is the 2nd time we have stayed with this host, she provides a perfect Tico breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs for the first couple of days. Rooms are quiet and clean located in Escazu which is an upscale safe neighborhood. We could walk to the grocery stores and the dental office. You can use the kitchen if you wish or walk to one of the many local restaurants in the area. Bus or uber are both convenient transportation methods and easy to use. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

this place is a hidden gem. it is very very close to the airport and still in the countryside. the apartment is private and safe located behind a beautiful mansion with a walled garden. orchids and other exotic flora abound on the property. it is a very nice place to simply relax away from the urban frenzy in peace and quiet even if only for one night.

Suites with an excellent location on the savannah. In the surrounding Supermarkets and restaurants.

I wanted to stay some days in Costa Rica to know Heredia and San Jose’s surroundings The place is excellent located. It has everything needed to feel like home. The furniture is brand new, the kitchen, bathroom works perfectly and the fact it includes breakfast saves a lot of trouble

I just needed a quick and easy one night stay. It was easy to find and easy to get in. I got a hair cut just around the corner, had a wonder night sleep and a nice shower. The place was easy to access. Also the rain sounds on the roof were very soothing for my night sleep.

Anudrina's place is immaculately clean, private, and beautifully designed. Check-in and check-out were effortless, making the stay stress-free. Despite being a challenging guest due to delayed flights from both me and my travel companion, Anudrina went above and beyond to find solutions when I couldn’t. I even accidentally set off the smoke detector while microwaving naan, and she reassured me not to worry, handling the situation with grace and understanding. I read most reviews and others noted the noise and view. Construction did take place during working day hours, but it didn't bother me as I was in and out a lot. The view is of the new apartment building, but from the bedroom I lifted the shades and enjoyed the night lit view over the city and the top of the hill what appears to be a volcano. I highly recommend her place and hospitality!

The stay at the place was amazing, very close to the airport, but the noise is not perceived, you can rest without a problem. The place is very clean and matches the description, it has everything you need. Mrs. Lili was always attentive, very friendly and gave us some recommendations of places. I would definitely stay again, I highly recommend it.

This B&B is gorgeous!!! The room was comfortable with an in suite bathroom. There’s a terrace where you can relax that’s absolutely stunning. I ordered dinner the night I stayed and it was delicious, as was the breakfast (huge portions). Laurie was helpful in arranging airport transfer which was only a 15 minute drive from her place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and great place to stay if you want to be near the airport or away from the craziness of downtown San Jose.

we stayed in Casa Mano De Tigre's just for a day. its an amazing property, we will plan longer trip later soon. highly recommend for everyone

Wonderful stay, we will be back!

Great place to stay, close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly host, Edwin even offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am! I was there only for one night. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed / mattress. Big bathroom with everything you need. All was meticulously clean, and welcoming. I used the jacuzzi to relax. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay after a long flight, the staff is very helpful and the food is delicious!

The place is in a quiet area, you can feel safe and only 10 minutes to the larger shopping center. Continental breakfasts delicious, friendly, smiling, and supportive guests. Rooms are clean, well-maintained. If we go back to San Jose, it's also to Casa Lima. :)
