Homemade food made by her mama and approved by our two year old daughter. One of the best parts of our Ecuador trip. Samia also drove us to a local waterfall, Taxopamba, and hiked along with us. The cabin is the perfect most stunning getaway space. Samia has a passion for hosting and it shows with the excellence, care, and love one experiences. Just a little disclaimer: The taxi drivers sometimes have difficulty finding the location. She does provide her phone number in case they want to call, but we had some stubborn drivers.”
My accommodation is ideal for couples, adventurers and families. We are near the Quito (Tababela) Airport, at just 15 minutes. The cabin consists on a bedroom, independent from the house, with private bathroom with hot shower. It has a lovely balcony for enjoying the sight. We offer pick up and drop off from and to the airport at low prices, lower than the average in the zone. We also offer healthy food (breakfast, lunch or dinner) in reasonable prices.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and more spacious than I had expected. The view from the balcony of the city and mountains, at dawn and sunset, was beautiful. There are many places to visit, and Mariaclara and her son, taxied me to places that I would never have driven to, at a very reasonable cost. I was very lucky on a trip to Antisana, with good weather, and views of the condor. I watched hummingbirds feeding in the garden, and fireflies surrounded me as I walked up the dozen or so steps, from the house to the cabin at night. The dogs are very affectionate, and clearly love humans, especially if you make a fuss and let them join you for walks. Even though the setting is very rural, there are no wild animals, poisonous snakes or biting insect to be concerned about. I sincerely hope that I can return in the near future.”
