The place is nice and the host has very good recommendation. Just that the parking might be difficult, for beginners, because there is not much space.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and responsive – communication was fast and helpful every time we needed something. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located close to the beach, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended!

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. There were so many extras we weren't expecting: snacks, drinks and ice creams; body wash and shampoo; cleaning products, foil/cling film/baking paper, etc. and laundry and dishwashing detergents. The house was spotless, with gorgeous new bathrooms (loved the huge shower enclosure upstairs), a beautiful clean garden and pool, excellent A/C units and quality bedding and towels. Ayca was always fast to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Vi bodde her en uke med sønnen vår på 4 år og hadde et supert opphold! Kjempe fin, ren og fresh leilighet, i gangavstand til restauranter og butikker på Nissi Avenue. Gode fasiliteter med TV på hvert rom, air condition og store senger. Flott takterrasse, perfekt å ta morgenkaffen der :) Utrolig rask respons og god kommunikasjon fra Patrick og Beatrice. Anbefales!

Konakladığımız bölge merkez konumlara uzak bir yerde fakat araç varsa mutlaka böyle bir yerde kalınmalı biz araç kiraladığımız için çok rahat ettik, denize çok yakın konumda,dinlendirici,tertemiz ,evde bir aileye lazım olacak tüm herşey mevcut ve oldukça temiz ,balkonda barbekü keyfi için mangal da var,gidecek olan kişiler çok yakın konumdaki büyük marketten alışverişini yapıp geçerse evden çıkmak istemeyebilir , büyük casinolardan acapulco,elexcus,chamada,crotos gibi yerlere yakın sayılır,biz tatilin büyük bölümünü rahatlığı ve huzuru sebebiyle evde geçirdik .Tavsiye ederim

Perfect if you want a nice place near the old town in Limassol.. Very close to the beach and Marina.. ideal for nightlife, restaurants, bars and shops

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

Maria is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help you. She gave clear instructions. The apartment is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment. I would return to her apartment if I decide to visit Paralimni again.

Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)
