Highly recommendable! Very nice, clean room. Hot water, private balcony with good view of the city. Very sweet and helpful host family. 20 minute walk from the main square. Would stay again.

Nice place to spend family time, in a safe and quiet area. Bertha was very friendly at all times and answered all our questions because we were traveling with my 1-year-old baby. Excellent service!

As all the previous reviews have said, Alvaro is a fantastic host. Warm, humble, friendly and helpful. Even though we shared kitchen and lounge areas, he gave us lots of space making us feel very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Having a washing machine and a big smart TV was also such a luxury for a long term travellers like us. Oh and the views from kitchen, bedroom and terrace are spectacular. The city centre is easily accessible by Uber for around 8 soles. We could find everything that we needed to cook from small local shops just few minutes walk. Thank you for sharing your home Alvaro! The condo is great for any time stays. They provide access to all the facilities pool, gym, working space

An apartment with everything one can expect to feel at home, it is cozy with two bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom. The large and very practical kitchen, we felt right at home, but what makes the difference in these places is the speed and warmth of M. Raquel and his mother, excellent, very attentive. We'll be back for sure if we're back for Arequipa soon!!

We loved staying at this apartment and felt right at home. It's a big bright space with lots of character and there's a big roof terrace with stunning views of the volcanoes. Lita is very cool and helped us with various things. It's a short walk to the Mirador de Yanahuara and about 35 minutes to the historic centre. Taxis to the centre are a couple of dollars. Highly recommended.
