Beautiful apartment in the best location!

The apartment is located in the commercial area just steps from the best beach in the north of the island. Also very close to the best warehouses and restaurants. At night it is a quiet and safe place, far from the noise of bars and clubs. The apartment is in perfect condition, recently completely remodeled. It has two air-conditioned rooms, two full bathrooms (with shower), living room, dining room and a small kitchen fully equipped.

Minimalist studio

Please be sure to read ALL the information before booking. Welcome to Soulmate 2! Relax and enjoy this beautiful space in the company of that special person, we are located in a residential sector ( where they live local) which is very quiet and safe , delite with a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. It's an 8-minute SHUTTLE RIDE to downtown and about 25 to 30 minutes walk. NO hot shower. Aseo daily is not performed.

Exclusive and for brand new. Close to beaches

This unique place has its own style. The apartment is brand new and is very cozy and modern. Great for families, or a group of friends, or couples. It has a balcony and ocean views. The building has a 24-hour reception, and jaccuzy on the top floor of the building. The spratt bight beaches are only a 3 minute walk from the building, and also from the "I love San Andres" sign.
