Our log cabin is located on the outskirts of Nagymaros, at the height of the Nomád bar, Zsigi buffet, easily accessible by car and bicycle, and is a 20-30 minute easy walk from Nagymaros-Visegrád station. The equipment of the house: electric hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. The heating of the house is provided by electric heating panels, cooling by fans. There is a fireplace in the garden and a kettle grill and a cauldron are available to our guests.

haaziko, the forest cabin in the Danube Bend

The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has an 80 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

Chestnut, guesthouse in the Danube Bend

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.

You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Well-known Hungarian architect Tamas Nagy designed and built this house in the last years of his life. The 100 sq m house has 4 terraces, 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Guests can experience the architect's concept of space – a precise combination of design, sunlight, and silence. The enormous glass surfaces allow you to be truly immersed in nature while enjoying an amazing view of the hills of Zebegény.
