It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 2 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

Canoe is a beautiful studio in the village of agioi apostoloi at evia Island in front of limniona beach. It's a 2 hours drive from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport Athens. Canoe can organize your transportation. Just ask us. For the village: Agioi apostoloi is a fishing village surrounded by beautiful beaches. The village has laid back vibes for plenty of peaceful moments.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, 1 hour from Athens, 1 hour 30 minutes from Delphi and 1/2 of the island of Evia in the Gulf of Skroponeria. Located 50 m from the sea, possibility of paddleboarding and kayaking (and jet skiing for an extra fee). Come and fish for mussels and sea urchins in the gulf or with a little luck you can see seals and dolphins. The studio is adjoining our house while keeping your independence. Possibility of 2 additional independent bedrooms.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.
