The place is stunning, lots of privacy, place is fully fenced for your privacy, jacuzzi was something to have, during cold winter especially. The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

The house was great! It had all the amenities expected in a home. We were mostly out exploring the area, the beach on Lamrecton parking was amazingly clean, super private (pre-season) and there was parking. We didn't end up walking to the beach nearby as it was threatening to rain but it was near enough that we could have walked over. We spent some time playing board games in the sun room and that was just lovely, especially once we saw the fan above! The best thing was the selección of coffee and spices - what a pleasant surprise! we were able to cook breakfast just like at home, there was even ketchup in the fridge! Overall we had a pleasant stay, thank you Reagan for everything!

I really appreciated that it was pet friendly for my toy poodle!

The place was very comfortable and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood! It worked out very well for my daughters and I to celebrate Christmas together! I would definitely recommend it!

we loved our stay. Beautiful home, not cluttered at all which made it easy to keep tidy (I hate a cluttered airbnb). the linens and mattress were SO COMFORTABLE, I want to buy whatever comforter they used. the fire was an added touch.

A few hockey families in town for a tournament. Lots of room, great location. We cooked meals all weekend in the large, well equipped kitchen. Lots of great memories made here!

Moe was great. There was an issue with the heat but he quickly fixed it. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. There is a little rivine and wooded area behind the house that was nice for walks with my young daughter

We travel to Stratford every year and have done so for about 30 years. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations over the years! We prefer Air BnBs over hotels, and because we travel in a group (we were 8), this location matched our needs perfectly. We like to park the car when we arrive and not use it again until we leave (Stratford is fantastically walkable) -- no problem! We like to try different restaurants -- the location is perfect for that (and for attending theatre). We're close family, but we also like some alone time -- with four bedrooms for 8 people, this apartment offered that! The apartment was large, open and bright with basic amenities suitable for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shared areas were roomy enough for us to gather. The hosts were amazingly responsive -- they provided detailed and accurate info ahead of time, and quickly answered our questions.

Darcy’s place was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, clean, convenient location. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer!

Lovely and clean unit, perfect kitchen with everything you need! Had an ironing board and lots of closets for clothes, as well as a great shower and nice balcony with somewhere to sit. Nice little table to work at as well, close to uptown too which would be amazing to walk to in the summer!

It was our second time staying here when we visit Kitchener. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants and event locations. It's very comfortable with all the amenities we need. Gerry was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit is 5 min drive to RIM Park which is perfect for attending the OVA tournament. Hosts are friendly and responsive. The unit is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

A great deal with friendly hosts and very smooth check-in process. The interior is well-decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. Worth for a visit and thank you very much for the nice place.

We booked Cindy's place rather last minute to attend an event in the KW area and were very lucky to have found it! The unit is located in a great spot, easily walkable to both the downtown area and parks/trails. Although we didn't stay long inside, the unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed, included a long list of recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We are repeat customers at the River Merchant Inn, it’s one of our favourite places to stay on our bi-annual trips to Stratford. Fantastic location, beautifully renovated, super comfy beds, 2 squeaky clean bathrooms, washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen. Everything is new, it’s open, bright and airy, lots of interesting designer touches. Brendan is a very responsive, proactive host, quickly responds to messages and provides excellent instructions and info. You can’t go wrong, highly recommend!

It was a cozy place- but you do need to be mindful of the stairs- all very steep. Susan was responsive. Late check out not an option without additional fees so keep that in mind.

Great place to stay! Very close to the downtown part of Stradford but still peaceful and quiet. The place was clean and easy to access.

This was the perfect place for our little Christmas getaway. Everything we needed to cook two big meals. Easy entertainment options. Cozy and quiet space.

Jules is a prime example of a quality host. She proactively checked in at just the right times to ensure I had everything I needed for my extended stay. Her condo is a lower unit in a 4 split, inside a quiet complex, minutes walk to everything and anything you could possibly need. Clean, cozy, perfectly equipped.

Faran is a lovely host. She is incredibly responsive. The condo was as described. We weren't able to enjoy the building amenities but they looked great. The location was convenient for two separate sporting facility venues we needed to travel to/from.

Spent the weekend with girlfriends at Debbie’s beautiful condo! We were extremely satisfied with how smooth the check in was and how beautiful the space was! It was in perfect proximity to all of the local eateries and shopping downtown. Debbie gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to try. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided a perfect place to relax. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The place was really spacious and nice. They had some board games and a poker table to play on as well. There was ample and comfortable sleeping space for everyone too. Enough extra bedding and blankets were provided. The kitchen and bathroom counters were all super clean with all necessary items provided, however, the floors could use a little more cleaning. Kendra was also extremely responsive and flexible and provided very clear and helpful instructions for our stay! Overall, a solid 8/10!
