Το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Όρμου Παναγίας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα και το παραδοσιακό χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο,στεγνωτηρας μαλλιών, WiFi, τηλεόραση 32",WC, κλιματιστικό, πλυντήριο,μπαλκόνι,κήπος. Υπάρχει χρέωση κατοικίδιου.

Ο καναπές της σαλοκουζίνας μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι.Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Μεσσημέρι και στην πίσω αυλή του συγροτήματος κατοικιών Villa Joanna.Nοικιάζεται συνήθως ως συμπληρωματικός χώρος της villas για μεγάλα group αλλά και αυτόνομα. Πλησιέστερη παραλία στα 8 χιλιόμετρα. 12 χιλιομετρα από την Νέα Καλλικράτεια.

This unforgettable place is far from ordinary! Interior Attic 20m2 with sloping ceiling and a maximum height of 1.70m (see photos). It is mainly suitable for sleeping and not for tall guests. Exterior Large terrace with a magnificent view! It has furniture and a fully equipped kitchenette and all electrical appliances. The outside area is protected around the perimeter by electric balcony shades that operate with a remote control. The ceiling of the outdoor space is at a height of 2.25

Auf dem Gelände lassen sich viele Tiere wie Schildkröten, Eisvögel, Reiher und im Winter sogar Flamingos beobachten. Nur 30 Minuten vom Olympgebirge entfernt habt ihr hier alle Möglicheiten, die Berge und Meer und Kultur bieten! Auch im Winter kuschelig mit warmen Bettdecken, Wärmepumpe und E-Heizkörper. Mit schnellem WLAN ideal zum Arbeiten!
