Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house close to Aix-en-Provence. The calm and spacious house with big terraces in a beautiful surrounding make it easy to enjoy your holidays. The kids in particular loved the big space and swimming pool. Nicolas was very responsive and always reachable.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour chez Catherine, entourés de tous ses animaux, un havre de paix. Tout pour déconnecter de la vie quotidienne. Les enfants ont adorés aussi l’endroit avec les nombreux jouets mis à disposition (balançoire, toboggan, vélos, cage de foot). Merci pour mes recommandations aux alentours dans la région.

La maison est très agréable, très propre, bien rangée, et de très bon goût ! Nicolas nous accueille avec une grande sympathie et est très réactif :) Le chat fait sa petite vie, mais est très content de jouer si on le lui propose, très mignon ! Merci Nicolas

Avec ma famille nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cadre et maison idéale pour des vacances familiales. On s’est vraiment senti comme à la maison cuisine bien équipée, plein de couchages pour les petits, mobilier extérieur agréable, piscine très sympa, tout ce qu’il faut pour faire des bbq et profiter de repas au soleil. Joanna a été hyper proactive et disponible. Le voisinage est génial. En résumé un très bon séjour. Je recommande à 100%

Pour ce court séjour entre amis, à la découverte d’Aix en Provence et de ses environs à VTT, nous avons été accueillis par Elisa, charmante, disponible et réactive. Sa magnifique maison à la vue superbe est extrêmement bien située, un peu à l’écart de la fébrilité du centre ville d’Aix, mais à une très courte portée de voiture (attention, le stationnement dans le centre d’Aix se… mérite!). La maison et son très joli jardin sont impeccablement entretenus, l’équipement haut de gamme, la literie parfaite. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la discrétion mais la grande disponibilité d’Elisa et de son mari Gérard lors de cette parenthèse bienfaisante. Comment ne pas recommander cet hébergement… Tous nos remerciements! Lorenzo e amici.

La maison de Christophe est très jolie, en style typiquement provençale. A son intérieur il y a beaucoup des objets de décoration qui rendent l’atmosphère très chaleureuse. Il y a un petit jardin où se relaxer et où il y a aussi la possibilité de manger ou de faire un apéro. Si tu a des chiens cette maison est parfaite! L’immeuble était très propre et il y a avait tout le nécessaire. On aimerait y retourner! Merci Christophe pour ta hospitalité, ta courtoisie et ta disponibilité.

Richard est un hôte prévenant et discret. Son accueil a été cordial et très agréable. Il répond rapidement à nos sollicitations et se montre disponible. La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos proposées et l'environnement est particulièrement paisible tout en se situant à une très faible distance des axes routiers et du centre ville d'Aix-en-Provence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé de très belles journées à Aix. Tout était proche de l'appartement à pied. La rue est très calme et il y a beaucoup de services à proximité (boulangerie, superette, restaurants, boutiqes...). Apparement très agréable et lumineux. Et la déco est sympa. La cuisine est bien arrangée et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer des petits repas conviviales. Même le détail des capsules café à notre arrrivée ! Draps et serviettes impécables. Lits très confortables (une belle surprise le lit double aussi large). La propreté de l'appartement était irreprochable, ce qui nous a spécialement plu. Il faut monter au quatrimème étage à pied, mais ça sert aussi pour fait un peu de sport ! Appartement à reccomander les yeux fermés !

Very beautiful apartment. Very well decorated and smelled very lovely thanks to the diffusers and candles all around. Very clean as well. Right next to the main shopping street with lots of dining and shops. Host would respond quickly and was very flexible with checking my in and out. There is a code to get in so no need to figure out how and when to meet the host, making the check in process much easier and faster. Highly recommend. 1 flight of stairs, no lift l, in case you have a mobility issue.

Super séjour dans ce logement chaleureux et propre, mention spéciale à la literie qui sentait très bon le frais. Cuisine équipée avec le nécessaire pour nous 4 et plus encore si besoin, la petite terrasse à l'entrée est très agréable également. Accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant pour avoir essayé. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

I had the best stay at Patrice's apartment. She is a great host who is always available and happy to help when I had questions or wanted advice. The apartment is is the most beautiful location in the centre of town, this means it is noisy some nights but absolutely worth it to have everything on your doorstep! It is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. I felt right at home!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment. Super clean, fully stocked and beyond beautiful! The location is perfect for walking everywhere. Can’t imagine a more perfect place and hope to return one day! Thank you, Anne Claire, it was wonderful to meet you!

L’appartement est très beau, spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est parfait : une rue calme, mais à deux pas du centre historique d’Aix. La communication était facile et rapide. Nous serions ravis de revenir une prochaine fois !

Magnificent ! Nicolas’ appartment is a jewel right in the center of Aix. Surrounded by beautiful art centers and charming streets, it is really an amazing place. I have no doubt I will come back . Nicolas is a great host , very responsive.

Location, location, location AND spacious. This apartment was a great way to experience Provence. So near Cours Mirabeau and the entire old town. Restored space within a historic, old building. Laurent checked to make sure we were able to get into the apartment and quickly responded to a clogged toilet issue from a prior guest who flushed restricted items. (Hint - you can’t flush thick personal wipes in old buildings). Kitchen is small but had all the necessary items for a nice meal.

The perfect getaway. Huge grounds. Stunning views from the comfy indoor living space and various outdoor terraces, just as the pictures suggested. Upstairs and downstairs, very well equipped kitchens made it easy to get organised for meals & maximise the enjoyment of the space. Everything was super clean and cared for and we much appreciated the friendly welcome by Pierre and Cecile. Many board games were provided, as well as a ping pong table. Boulangeries & shops were walking distance too, so we felt connected, while enjoying the exclusive setting. Would love to come again one day. 😄

We had a wonderful 11 days at this house. It looks exactly like the pictures, has everything you need, especially if you travel with kids. The trampoline and the children’s books and some toys in the house were a big plus. Communication was incredibly smooth, Gary and the team would reply right away to our messages. They were very flexible in terms of check in and even let us check out at 4pm since we had a late flight. It rained the whole time we were there and we still found it conveniently located just 20 min from Aix-en-Provence which made our stay super enjoyable. Eguilles is very small but charming. Would strongly recommend staying here, it was a wonderful experience!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette magnifique villa. L’endroit est tranquille et la maison est de toute beauté. La piscine de type lagoon est digne de mention! La cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut et la nous avons été reçu dans une maison qui était d’une propreté remarquable. Tony nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. Nous y reviendrons!

We had a wonderful stay. Denitsa was so responsive and the property was just as described. The kids particularly loved the outdoor basket ball hoop and table tennis. I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock!

We had a hectic week before arriving at Guillaume’s home and were hoping to have the chance to relax for a few days. That’s exactly what we did! We sat by the pool, we swam, we ate dinner amongst the trees, flowers and butterflies in the garden. We strolled around the vast vineyards and admired the mountain view. The local town with supermarkets was a short drive away but we felt like we were miles away from any noise or bustle of a town. Our hosts were flexible with check in, super friendly, helpful and even gifted a bottle of their rose’ on arrival. The home itself is luxurious and cozy and styled beautifully….plus the kids loved the arcade games machine. The sauna was fabulous and the pool was heated and toasty even in April. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home, location and the hosts. You won’t be disappointed!

Nous avons clairement savouré notre séjour! Dolores la maman de Ludovic nous a accueillie très chaleureusement. Elle est disponible, aux petits soins et super agréable! Nous avons même partagé un repas avec elle :) Elle a tellement de chose à apprendre aux autres et elle est pleine de bons conseils! Ludovic est aussi très disponible et super agréable ! La maison est sublime! L’environnement est calme et apaisant. Le jardin est splendide ! Je recommande à toute personne voulant passer un séjour apaisant, reposant et dépaysant de venir dans cette maison! Le centre ville est proche et possible de s’y rendre à pied et on y trouve tout ! Il y a aussi un parc de jeux pas très loin de la maison pour les enfants. J’espère que nous aurons l’occasion de revenir dans cette sublime maison pour y passer de nouveau de belles vacances !
