Place was perfect for me my husband and pup. Easy check in and out, clean spot just as pictured, with great amenities.

Robert was very friendly and listened to my concerns, trying to help as much as he could. I am very impressed by his kindness. My guests also enjoyed staying at Tracy’s property, and I would like to recommend it.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. Kitchen was very up to date. Everything was tidy and had a nice aesthetic. Proximity to the lake is wonderful yet felt very private. Great communication from the host.

I had a nice stay here. The place was comfortable and the pool/outside area was pretty. If you’re ever curious how soft it feels sleeping on a cloud filled with baby chinchillas, then this is your place! Top notch pillows!

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

i would love to go back to spencer’s place. I enjoy the lake view, found everything peaceful loved the pool and easy access to everything. DEFINITELY would recommend to others and will be coming back

No frills (not even a cactus postcard on the fridge) apartment. Clean, spacious, accessible. Nice charming neighborhood. Very walkable and youthful. Prized for location and relative quiet.

Brenda's place is exactly what you see the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. They even left some useful staples (like milk, creamer, condiments, etc) in the refrigerator. That was unexpected and appreciated. Bathrooms were clean with useful products and ample towels. I really appreciated that there were things like tissues and Q-tips. It shows an attention to detail that you don't usually see in rental homes. It was nice to have access to the garage. The grill was clean and there were plenty of tools for grilling. It was very pleasant to sit outside next to the pool. The AC and heat worked well and in March, I seemed to need both (heat in the AMs and AC in the PMs)

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax. Will was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The location was ideal, with so much to do close by. We also rented a vehicle from them directly, and the added delivery cost to and from the airport was well worth it. We made wonderful memories here, and we’re so grateful this place was part of such a meaningful trip. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels like home with a touch of something extra.

We loved our stay at Josh and Natasha's property. The pool and the views of the lake and palm trees were amazing. We would definitely stay again.

We had so much fun at Pete and Maria’s place. This was a great location for a girls trip. We loved the games/pool/outdoor activities. It was nice being able to park in the garage off the street. The gated community was very quiet. Downtown Gilbert is close by and has tons of great restaurants. We did struggle with the hot tub co trial occasionally, but I think it was more user error!

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

The place was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location, walkable to the park and lots of nearby restaurants. The pools were refreshing and the gym was a nice bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

Looked exactly as the photos. I had no issues with anything. It was a peaceful stay. Close to downtown Phoenix. A lot of food options and stores near by. I will definitely stay again if it’s available during my work week.

Derek’s place was very conveniently located, just off the highway but never heard the hwy noise, golf course and car dealerships in-between.

Cannot say enough how helpful Evan was in getting me checked in and responding to my questions. Very clear instructions and the condo is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Alan’s place was great. Stayed for over a week. Quiet, convenient, incredibly clean! Hopefully it’s available next time I’m in town!
