Piak’s place is in a fantastic location, the neighborhood is both vibrant and relaxed. There are plenty of must-try restaurants nearby, and major attractions like the Grand Palace and Chinatown are easily accessible. Piak is a wonderful host, she always prepared a nice breakfast, is flexible, and easy to connect with. The entrance is a bit unusual and funny, as you need to lift a shutter, and the bathroom could use some improvement. However, my overall experience was great. Recommended!

Pleasant to stay :) Clean restrooms, nice balcony and really comfortable bed

I stayed at Petch Tower for a month and loved it. The building is very solid — not a single crack after the recent earthquake, while nearby places showed damage. I felt completely safe. The location is perfect: right next to Wat Pha Si, with a 7-Eleven just a minute away, a great café, and a local market 5 minutes away with amazing Thai breakfast for 25–30 baht. Thonglor is just around the corner, and from the balcony, you can even see Tulum Sky Bar, which is only a short walk away. The Isara Pier is right across the river — very practical, always running, no traffic. And Piak, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, safety, and convenience.

I have been traveling for a few weeks and this was by far the best accomadation I have been in. The location is right in front of a famous thai restaurant, so its really easy to find. There is a 7-11 right next to the house. Piak is soo nice and immediately welcomed me on arrival with a good explanation. Her English is also very good! The house is clean with a shower, fridge, airco, fan. You have a lot of privacy and if you want to see what a very well taken care of thai house looks like this is perfect. I loved it so much and I’m definitely going back in the future. Thanks Piak!

Good base for my Bangkok stay. Lots of street food options and restaurants, 7/11 very close by, BTS 15min walk away, minimart downstairs. The pool is okay, bit in need of upkeep but good for a swim. Aum is very responsive as a host!

After traveling for a couple of month, we (a couple) found this gem in Bangkok. Right from the beginning we fell in love with the place and the people! Although having some options for new years celebrations in mind, we decided to just spend it on the rooftop. This was definitely the best decision as the view was just spectacular and some others including Orm were celebrating with us! Definitely can recommend this place! Besides the clean and modern minimalistic interior the location was just perfect for us. A bus stop is almost in front of the building, the MRT metro is also super close, 7-11 and a street food market are around the corner and Wat Arun is in walking distance with a cheap ferry going to Wat Pho.

It was probably the best place I've ever stayed in! Wichuta is just an incredibly nice host, she met me, told me everything in detail, gave me gifts — I felt like I was a member of her family, and it was incredibly pleasant! The place was even better than in the photos! The condo area is simply paradise on earth. The apartment is clean and also has everything you need for your stay and even more :) The Internet is stable — it is very important for my work! And also I slept like a baby because the apartment has great soundproofing and quiet neighbors around. There is a 7/11 near the condo, as well as a local kitchen — almost every day I took a pad tai for lunch, it is incredibly delicious! There is a shuttle to two metro stations, but it was nice to walk because the area is as safe and interesting as possible. You can get to the center quickly enough, it took about 20 minutes to get to the center. All in all, I would love to come back here again when I come to Bangkok! And I want to say a huge thank you to the hostess <3

This is the best place to stay to enjoy local apartments in Bangkok. There is a swimming pool, cafe, and convenience store in the community building in the apartment complex We were able to work on our laptops comfortably and easily at this cafe There are several restaurants and supermarkets at the entrance of the complex. If you need a big supermarket, you can go to the macro food center. A van from the complex to the bts station runs in the morning We stayed here for a week because we weren't traveling to Bangkok for a short period of time. I checked out with good memories.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment and hope to return some time soon. The apartment is large and everything is very high quality. I enjoy how quiet it is possible to make the bed if you choose (since the bed itself can be enclosed with sliding glass - basically a second wall). In my opinion the neighborhood can’t be beat - close to everything but off the main road, with some really nice cafes just across the street and next door. Very good choice to stay in a central part of the city.
