Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

Peaceful haven located in the countryside, in the heart of the Ardèche, close to the town of PRIVAS. You will enjoy the outdoor activities and tourist attractions such as the Gorges de l 'Ardèche, the Chauvet cave, the Ardèche river with the Canoé Kayak, the Gerbier des Joncs, the small steam train of the Mastrou, the festivities and different concerts during the summer. You can also visit about 600 m walk from the house the cave site of the Caves of the Jaubernie .

We enjoy the scenery, the calm and the walks. Clear and beautiful view of the Ardèche gorges.

Azur with its SPA

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

This small stone house is at the end of a small green garden all along. The house is very nice, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it is pleasant even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. A large table and a plancha allow you to enjoy grilled meats and vegetables under the olive trees.

Located 800 m from the Ardèche River, the villa is a perfect base for visiting Ardèche halfway between the south (Vallon Pont d'Arc) and the Ardèche Mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc). The Via Ardèche is 500 m from the house as well as the Ardèche River. the house has a children's play area with slide, hut and swing.
