With two spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a bonus room/sunroom/optional 3rd bedroom, there is plenty of room to spread out. Across the street (300 ft) is Kelley's Pond which is great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing! Come sit by the fire pit or on the deck, cookout and relax!! Firewood is included but bring some kindling!

Sweet Cottage just a 1/2 mile to Bank Street Beach and only a block from Main Street. The property has lovely gardens and landscaping making it a wonderful retreat setting. Summer months July, August to Sept 10th are at least 1 week rentals Saturday to Saturday unless a few days are available in between or if there is availability as season approaches. Off season, 2 to 3 night stay minimum, I provide linens, coffee and towels for short term rentals. Easy walk to the village and beaches!

Welcome to our newly renovated 4-bed, 2-bath Cape house close to downtown Chatham and beaches! The house is equipped with central air, wifi, a living room TV with cable, smart TVs in bedrooms, and a washer/dryer set. The property also includes a large deck and back yard, great for grilling and outdoor activities. We have a contractor nearby to help with any needs you may have during your stay. Sat-Sat 7-night minimum stay last 2 weeks of June through end of August.
