The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. There is a sink, 2 burner propane stove top, toaster oven, small fridge, rustic tub with shower, instant hot water heater, queen bed, original bus seat with fold down work desk for a laptop and hammock swing chair.

Inside, there is a one-of-a-kind log staircase to your queen loft bed or enjoy the premium sleeper downstairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a wine fridge. The bathroom includes a unique LED lighted rain shower and don’t forget to take a dip in the outdoor tub. This is a true piece of paradise just for you.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Tiny House with Queen loft

This tiny house has a queen bed in the loft and a sleeper loveseat (2 small children or 1 teen, will Not fit 4 adults). Full size shower, kitchenette. There is 1 parking spot for regular or compact cars, longer vehicles or trucks can park free on the street with a short walk. Wifi, 32" Smart TV & DVD player with select titles. Walking distance from historic downtown and 5 minutes from the sports hub. No cleaning fee.
