Vacation rentals with a sauna in Chicago River

My wife, 2 kids, and I stayed there for about 6 days. The place is very clean and has a view of the big skyscraper buildings across the street with plenty of restaurants and bars in walkable distance. The place is around the business/finance area of Chicago so it tends to be considerably quieter on the weekends. Stephanie was a great host and the place clearly accommodates kids as it even had a portable play pen which was huge for our smaller toddler to be safe in. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and we all had great sleep! We had access to the big pool, lounge, gym, and several other amenities of the building. The building has a security/concierge as well for an added layer of peace of mind!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this condo in Chicago. The unit is located on the 25th floor, so the views of the city skyline were absolutely stunning—especially at night! Everything was super clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the host really cares about the space. The location was perfect—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transit. Whether I was exploring downtown or heading to a show, everything was just minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

STAY HERE - no regrets. The apt building was easy to find with a pull thru drive to unload luggage and a lobby for my family to wait in while I parked. Parking was affordable and close by using the app as suggested, many within a 10-minute walk. Getting the key was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as described. The city view was stunning, you can see Lake Michigan and on a very gusty morning we could see the massive wave whitecaps from the window. Plenty of household items available from plates and cups to linens and soap. The building was well maintained, safe and the residents friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, bball court, *jacuzzi was not open yet) and the rooftop lounge and views were all great! Stephanie was attentive and touched base a few times to check in, but we didn't need anything! Location is walkable to much of the city-the Willis tower, Millenium Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum. Train is close too! Target is literally next door- so handy!

Ideal location for both business and leisure trips. The close proximity to the convention center is a big plus of you are attending a conference. You will find everything you need in the apartment and more. We were impressed by the attention that was given to every detail. You get stunning views of Chicago's skyline which makes it quite hard to leave the apartment at all.

Great place and location. It felt safe and was 30 min walk from downtown. The host was amazing, always responsive! Definitely worth the stay.

The stay at Stephanie’s was wonderful! It was super clean and the location was very convenient. 10 minute walk from the trains and local grocery store. Lots of restaurants nearby and felt super safe. The views from the apartment were beautiful, including the stadium, planetarium, and lake.

Lovely large apartment with city views. Comfy beds and linens. Nice amenities. Right next to Target so easy to get essentials. Great choice for families and/or a friends trip. Would definitely stay again. Stephanie was helpful, kind and responsive.

My family and I recently stayed at this location in Chicago. Views, amenities and the location were amazing! It was clean, the beds were so comfortable and it was so spacious for my family and I. The balcony at night was my favorite. You can see the entire city and it was so peaceful and magical. Target is literally next door which is convenient when traveling with kids. The only downside was parking. Parking in Chicago is expensive and trying to find parking was difficult. Yes there are apps that helped determine parking but finding overnight parking was the challenge. The trains didn’t bother my family but for future renters keep in mind the tracks are next door as well and they run every 15-20 min through 2am. My family turned it into a game, we counted 67 trains before we lost count one of the days. Stephanie was responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend. My kids already said they miss waking up and seeing Chicago every morning.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

Stayed for 4 nights at Larissa’s place. Great location - countless coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, parks, etc. Very walkable. Larissa was very nice. Made efforts to make me feel like it was my own home during the stay. Shared bathroom and kitchen, if privacy is desired this is not an issue at all as Larissa would give plenty of space, and the odd time she was around, she was lovely to chat with. Would recommend this place for sure to anyone wanting to stay in a nice place near a lot of attractions in Chicago.

Mrs Jackie was a wonderful person to meet she was like another mother to me. She was very helpful and made you feel right at home. She gave her residents privacy you wouldn’t even know she was there but was there if we had any concerns or questions taught us some history about her home and herself the stay was so quiet and peaceful I didn’t want to leave! The parking was great the area was beautiful and it was about 45 minutes from the city which was still a wonderful drive to site see. Mrs. Jackie made me feel welcome coming and when it was time to go. If you were religious she had a place you can read the word or pray even if you wanted to go outside on the deck just beautiful. Kitchen was open if you wanted to cook instead of eating out as long as you cleaned up after yourself theater was amazing felt like you were really at the movies. Jacuzzi was nice at night and peaceful. I highly recommend your stay here she was an awesome and amazing host. When I come back this is the spot!

Very large space that was accommodating of our large group. The kitchen / dining room setup is perfect for hosting and the fully finished basement is a great space. Vaida was responsive and helpful with specific requests! Would recommend for large groups looking for a nice stay and plenty of space.

Really cute place, great location and easy to access the train! Loves the large fully stocked kitchen, it made home cooked meals while traveling very easy.

My husband, myself & our 3 adult children planned a trip to Chicago to attend our nephew's wedding. Between the 5 of us we came in from four different states. Austin's place was so refreshing, welcoming & a GREAT location. It is close enough to the center of the city for great access but far enough out to be peaceful & quiet. The access to the airport was perfect seeing that we all didn't arrive or leave at the same time. Our family had an amazing weekend staying at such a great place...thank you Austin!!!!!

The housing conditions and location were great for us. Close to work and shopping. Logistically great place. Recommended

I really enjoyed being at this house. The fountain in the backyard was very relaxing. The house was furnished very well. I would love to come back.

We stayed here for my Bachelor Party. It was a golf trip, so having the Preserve at Oak Meadows right next door was great. Jazmin was responsive when we had a small issue with the code to get in. All-in-all a great place!

Wonderful hosts, Andreea was extremely flexible with check-in and thought about all the details that made it a comfortable stay. Breakfast and other treats were a lovely surprise! The area is mostly residential but conveniently located and close to the highway and the L which makes getting around the city super easy.
