The house is built on a 1 hectare plot of land with a unique landscape. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains covered with forests of the Khosrov reserve. The house is very spacious, with new renovation.

Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.
