We had such a great stay at Anthony’s place in Shoalwater. The wraparound deck was perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and the huge yard with great entertainment for the kids gave them plenty of space to play and burn off energy. It was a huge bonus that we could easily keep an eye on them from the deck while relaxing. The location was spot-on, just a short walk to the inlet, a playground, and a cozy café. It made everything super convenient and added to the enjoyment of our stay. The house itself felt like a true home away from home. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxed, family-friendly getaway. Thanks again, Maz!

Beautiful house in a great spot. We stayed with our ten month old and it had a high chair and lots of rubber duckies for bath time! We would definitely stay again :)

This is our second time staying at this place, and we absolutely love it. The space is relaxing, comfortable, and perfectly suited for all of us. The facilities and home layout are superb, making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. It truly feels like a home away from home. This is without a doubt one of the best places we’ve ever experienced. Everything is so thoughtfully prepared and well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making this space welcoming for guests. We would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and beautiful place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to come back many more times!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Manfred and Karoline’s place. It was very neat and spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our stuff. The outside sitting area was lovely too. The hosts were good communicators and we found them very thoughtful, kind and caring. There was even complimentary food waiting for us in the fridge: bread, milk, eggs, cheese, cold cuts and even chocolate! 😍 The beach is very close, about 5 minutes’ walk. We spent 2 nights there but would happily stay for week or longer!

What an absolute gem! This old school beachside house had everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed (and we had 2 young kids in tow - so not an easy feat!). The hosts were incredibly flexible and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach (and ferry to Penguin Island - brilliant snorkeling!) and close to shops and cafés, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The house itself has so much charm and character. It doesn’t try to be flashy or ultra-modern, and it doesn't need to be—everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and super comfortable (especially the beds!). It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, relax, and really enjoy your time away. The kids enjoyed the books/games, and we wandered down to the little inlet and had dolphins playing within metres of us! What a fab first time in Perth!

Carol was very prompt in messaging replies. Directions how to get into the bungalow were very clear and precise. The bungalow was very neat, tidy and felt like home. Unfortunately we had to leave unexpectedly, but managed to make use of the amenities while there. Everything you could need were included.

Perfect location for our family gathering we had in Rockingham. My teenage kids and I felt very comfortable and at home. Great location and quick walks to the foreshore. Home well fitted out and had all the creature comforts of home. Great hot shower too!
