Super nice place with secure parking for our two motos. We walked over to el Barrio Antiguo and enjoyed people watching along with a very nice meal and cocktails.

My stay was two days and it was very nice, I really felt very comfortable in everything. The place is very clean and very comfortable for the 7 people we stayed. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were enough towels and blankets for everyone. As for the location, it is 10/10 since it is at the beginning of the road and we liked a lot to walk, the area is very safe since we were walking at midnight and there was a lot of police. 10/10.

Beautiful and peaceful place. a lot of trees! we love that. Our stay was so conformable. aour gods loved it too! Teresa and Josefina did everything to keep us happy during our stay. we were amazed to find everything within 5mi distance. it was a really good experience!

The place is very spacious and comfortable, especially by the bathroom and shower separate from the sink, the full kitchen and the dining room. My sister arrived earlier to receive the keys and Mario was flexible with schedules and very attentive. The colony is very quiet and there is a HEB walkable distance, which is very useful given that the place has a very well equipped kitchen and a wide dining table. I would only not recommend the place to people with limited mobility because the staircase to go up to the room is quite narrow.

A true cozy space, a good place to create memories in a very privileged area, the very modern bathroom and kitchen, the space needed to relax, excellent if you want to enjoy Monterrey and just get to rest in a quiet place and dedicate yourself to enjoying the whole tourist scene all day. Very father the service to be able to buy things inside the room I bought two sodas and I thought it was great not having to go out and get them or ask for some application. Everything worked. The water was at its point when bathing and the bathroom skylight seemed a great detail, thank you very much for your attention and I would definitely recommend it.
