This is a lovely, cape cod style home on 5 acres located near a great golf course, Cooks Forest and Clear Creek State Park and the Allegheny National Forest. Only 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh and 2 hours from Ohio border. Outside deck leads to 16’x32’ in-ground pool, charcoal grill and fire pit. It is our beloved summer home so you will find it thoughtfully decorated. However, because it is our home we ask our guest to understand that closets and drawers are off limits.

Plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. 30 miles to elk viewing areas.

2900 square foot lakefront home in the gated community of Treasure Lake on a large private lot with 200' of lake frontage including a flagstone walkway to the lakeside fire pit, plentiful wildlife, a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a large deck. The hot tub is covered, cleaned between each visit, and available for year-round use. Use the provided kayaks to find a spot to watch the sunset or simply to explore the various coves of Treasure Lake.
