Great place to stay. Centrally located and all the amenities needed for a longer period. Communication was excellent. Wendy was very hospitable. The only issue was the lock box for the key. It was difficult to use. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the accommodation and service. Thank you

What a wonderful house! This may be one of the best homes this traveling family has stayed in. So beautiful and so comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. If you want comfort solitude, this is it. Wish our trip would have been longer and will guarantee next time will be. Thanks for a great time watching my girl graduate!

Wayne messaged me before we arrived with clear instructions, and messaged after check in to make sure we got in ok! He was very responsive and I love the house. The kitchen was my oasis and the den was a cool spot for my daughter (she loved the LED lights under the couch). Perfect location, perfect host. We travel to the area frequently and will be planning to stay at this location again!

The Cozy Cottage is excellent! My wife so enjoy returning here when we visit Winchester. It is a fantastic space and perfect for couples looking to escape to a very peaceful and relaxing environment… yet within minutes to downtown Winchester and other exciting places to visit nearby. Highly recommended

It was a lovely stay for the mother/daughter trip we took for the KY 3 day horse event. It was cozy & it was nice after all day of walking the horse park to kick back & relax

Absolutely adorable cabin! We brought my small Pomeranian and had a great stay. The steps to get into the cabin are a bit steep but manageable. The cabin had everything we needed (loved the dark makeup wash cloths, that was SUCH a wonderful and thoughtful thing to have!). We stayed over the weekend for the Kentucky Three-Day Event, and it was so easy to get to (right off the highway). Laura was super friendly and the cabin was exactly as described in the listing. The cabin is cozy and rustic but very comfortable.

A very cozy place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. The rain was the only thing stopping us from petting the horses!

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!
