Open yet cozy, this 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage has new appliances, force air gas heat, beautiful views from front porch, upper deck, and a lovely back deck up against a wooded hill. With lots of unique wood and lighting touches, it's fully furnished with off street parking. Please, our home is NOT suitable for kids or pets due to the uniquely created, gently used space.

This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.

Relax and soak in the views at this tranquil River front getaway on the banks of the beautiful Columbia River! The Chinook is a small, cozy 100 year old renovated house nestled in amongst the trees! Activities include walking the beach, swimming, fishing, hiking, games, hammocks, cannery tours etc. The beach approach is shared with the Coho Cabin located 100 yards away with wooded area in between. Gorgeous beach cottage one block from the beach.

This Gearhart beach house sits on a large lot with a big back and side yard. It is on the south side of Marion, which is the beach side. We are one block back from the beach access road, just a short walk to the beach. We have recently rebuilt this traditional cottage home. Wonderful craftsmanship throughout our 2400 square foot house. The rental fee includes the 7% Gearhart lodging tax. Summer rental dates from the middle of June to September there is a 5 night minimum.
