Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Great Place to make Family memories! Awesome 3 story lighthouse with fabulous views from all the windows and including massive outdoor deck surrounding 3 sides of the lighthouse. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats.
