“Beautiful townhouse. We loved the conservatory! Plenty of room for our family of four. Amazing treats ready for us when we arrived. Thank you so much! Lovely area too - great for sea walks along the prom and nice restaurants and parks nearby. Sparkling clean. The photos don’t do it justice. Fiona was really helpful and very understanding when we encountered a problem. Really recommend and will be back!”
This is a Private room with its own private bathroom in a large Georgian House located very close to the Clontarf sea front. Clontarf has lots to offer, Cafes, Traditional Irish Pubs, Restaurants, Boutiques, Clontarf Castle, Clontarf Golf Club, The Royal Dublin Golf Club, St. Anne's Golf Club, St. Anne's Park, The 3 Arena & Croke Park. We are very conveniently located just 15 mins from Dublin City Centre by Bus and beside the Dart Station that takes you from Howth to Greystones,
“Patricia and Fergal were outstanding and thoughtful hosts. The rooms were super nice and comfy/the bed was cozy, the sitting room was a nice addition, especially with the tea and cookies left out in the afternoon & at night, and Patricia played such lovely, relaxing music. Loved, loved, loved Nacho the house dog :-) I miss her! I loved having a tub when so few hotels and B&Bs these days have converted to just showers. Arrival was easy via DART, communication was great, Patricia thought of everything, including adapter plugs, and the breakfasts were super yummy, healthy, and filling. The location was a quick, safe 5-minute walk to the DART (just a quick one-stop ride to Connolly Station) and right on the bus route too. The bus was easy to navigate in and around the Clontarf area and into Dublin City Center. The neighborhood was quiet, neighborly, and had really good restaurants within walking distance. The fish & chips shop in Clontarf is not to be missed, and a special treat (although I did not do this time) would be lunch or dinner at Clontarf Castle (5 stars!) Lovely waterfront walk also. Can't wait to come back!”
Beautiful accommodation in a lovely part of Dublin. The centre of Dublin is on your doorstep with two very short stops away at a cost of €2 return. There are lots of shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful seafront walks nearby. The fishing village of Howth is also two stops on the train where you will find the amazing Howth Cliff walk, fish restaurants and trad music bars also serving food. Is so close to the house 5 bus routes stop right outside your door to city.
“Ann is a wonderful host. She's warm and welcoming and has a beautiful, clean home with a very comfortable bed. Ann is lovely and kind. She went above and beyond when I told her about my allergies. She made sure I had something I could eat when she didn't have to ❤ She provides a sumptuous breakfast with a great variety of coffee and teas. She also accommodated an earlier check in and gave tips on things to do in Ireland and sights to see. She recommended a day tour outside of Dublin which turned out to be fabulous. Her house is very easy to access from the town centre as it's only 2 minutes away from the DART train station from which you can also get to Howth with which is a beautiful seaside town I recommend for hiking (you can do a beautiful hike along a cliff), pubs and the sights and the train ride there is less than 30 minutes long. I'll definitey be staying again with Ann next time I'm in Dublin. ❤”
