Guest messaging

set up automated messaging for responding to guests, all responses & communication with guests, according to your guidelines

On-site guest support

No on site support for listings more than 5 miles from Pasadena, CA. On site support only in Pasadena or within 5 miles

Cleaning and maintenance

I can communicate with your cleaner and send the dates for cleaning/doing turnovers. You select and pay the cleaners.

Listing photography

I am a retired professional photographer. I can do photos for local listings. I can adjust & post photos you provide.

Interior design and styling

I can give input on touches/amenities to make spaces more guest friendly. A listing needs to be functional, not just pretty.

Licensing and hosting permits
